What’s New in Food, Gear and Fandom for Phillies Spring Training

Check out all the exciting new fan features, foods and fashion that will be part of this season's spring training experience at BayCare Ballpark in Clearwater, Fla. This will be the team's 79th spring training in Clearwater, Fla., and their 22nd spring training at BayCare Ballpark.

Also, just a reminder that all concessions and merchandise at spring training is primarily cashless.

New Gear: Caps, Phanatic, "Clearwooder", Tropical and More

The Diamond Outfitters Store, located behind section 119 (along the third base concourse, by the west gate), will again be offering exclusive spring training gear. Note: This is the only location open when the team is on the road. On game day, fans can also shop at the Merchandise Tent (on the left field concourse by Frenchy’s Tiki Pavilion) and Designated Hatter (behind section 104, first base side by the south gate).

  • New Phillies Caps Have Arrived: Fans can now sport this year’s official on-field spring training caps, as well as the new St. Patrick’s Day on-field caps to be worn by players on March 17. Also, the popular parrot hat is back in new colors!
  • Exclusive Phanatic Spring Training Merchandise: A full Phanatic suit takes the stage followed by tank tops, skorts, hoodies, bralettes and men’s shorts starring the Phanatic in tropical settings, all by Concepts Sport. Also featured is a custom ‘47 Brand Phanatic bucket hat with palm trees under the brim, along with new Phanatic novelties such as can coozies, lanyards, magnets and keychains.
  • Introducing the "Clearwater Collection": Exclusive to the Diamond Outfitters Team Store, this new collection includes polos and quarter zips featuring the Phanatic and tropical graphics.
  • Styles to Keep You Cool: Features men's styles by ‘47 Brand that includes a dated T-shirt to a Cooperstown style tee with palm trees, and new tropical cooling headbands including one with the “Clearwooder” nickname we have all come to love. Youth and adult socks are also available in spring training themes to finish off your outfit.

New Ballpark Fare and Chef Creations - Plus, the Debut of the "Volstead Lounge"

  • Clearwater Creations: These tasty new chef creations, created for Phillies spring training, will rotate each year. 2025 offerings include:
    • El Jefe Nachos (Double L Pork with salsa verde, brisket chili, queso, pork belly bacon, fried jalapeños, chipotle sauce over fresh fried nacho chips) at Bullpen Grille in left field.
    • Seafood Platter (jumbo fried shrimp, Phillips Crab Cake Bites, grouper filets, fried calamari over Boardwalk French Fries) at Home Run Grille behind home plate.
    • Wagyu Burger (half-pound Wagyu beef burger seasoned with Japanese BBQ sauce topped with fried jalapeños, pork belly bacon and provolone cheese with Carlos’ Consuming Fire Mango Habanero Hot Sauce, located at Sausage Shack behind home plate.
  • New Cocktails at Clearwater Cocktail Co.: Located on the first base side, Clearwater Cocktail Co. is now serving a newly revamped cocktail menu that includes:
    • Cotton Candy Cosmo (High Rock Vodka with Game On Cotton Candy and cranberry juice).
    • Jalapeño Margarita (Los Sundays Jalapeño Tequila and Margarita mix)
    • Watermelon Sour (Sugarlands Watermelon Shine, sour mix and soda water)
    • Tequila Mule (Dobel Tequila, ginger beer and lime juice).
  • Coca-Cola Orange Cream: Making its debut at spring training is Coca Cola’s newest product, the 20-ounce bottled Coca-Cola Orange Cream, which will be located throughout the ballpark.
  • New Menu! Cocina De Los Muertos: Features a revamped menu for 2025 with items such as tacos, taco salad and nachos filled with pork carnitas and tomatillo sauce, along with beef, steak or chicken carnitas. Located on the third base concourse.
  • Little Greek Fresh Grill Returns: Fresh, flavorful and fabulous! With their famous gyros and baklava, you can find them at Strike Out Cafe.
  • New Selections at Specialty Hot Dog Cart: Get a taste of these new specialty items, all made with Jumbo Hatfield Hot Dogs and served on a pretzel roll, located on the third base concourse.
    • Big Mac Dog: American cheese, lettuce, pickles, onions and secret sauce, topped with sesame seeds.
    • ClearWOODER Dog: Delco’s Philly Cheesesteak, peppers and onions.
    • Italian Hot Dog: Peppers, onions, ketchup and pepperoncini.
    • Spicy Beach Dog: Honey sriracha sauce, pineapple and jalapeños.
    • Taco Dog: Shredded cheddar cheese, lettuce, pico de gallo and Carlos’ Consuming Fire Mango Habanero Hot Sauce.
  • "The Volstead Lounge" - New Bar & New Premium Cocktails: Located in right field by the Strike Out Café, tasty offerings include:
    • Caramel Apple-Tini: Sugarland’s Appalachian Apple Pie Shine, caramel crunch and apple juice.
    • Coconut Margarita: Los Sundays Coconut Tequila, Triple Sec, cream of coconut and lime juice.
    • Mint Smash: High Rock Vodka lime juice, strawberry mint and club soda.
    • Popcorn Old Fashion: Sugarlands Distilling Roaming Man Rye Whiskey with Game On Popcorn, butterscotch liqueur and soda water.
    • Spicy Blood Orange Margarita: Los Sundays Jalapeño Tequila Simple Syrup, lime and blood orange juices.

New Specialty Drinks and Signature Cocktails

  • Coco’s Tequila Crush: Coco's Crush Bar, voted the #1 bar on Clearwater Beach, will be introducing its famous twist on their popular Orange Crush, located in left field by the Tiki Bar.
  • Good Boy Vodka Seltzers and The John Daly Cocktail: Good Boy Vodka, whose slogan is “Every Pour Helps a Pup” and gives a portion of its profits to charities that support veterans and warrior dogs, will now have its ready-to-drink vodka seltzer at the ballpark. Also being offered is Good Boy’s John Daly Cocktail, a ready-to-drink cocktail inspired by the legendary pro golfer, John Daly!
  • Coppertail Brewing Co. Florida Special Lager with Phillies-Inspired Cans: A fan favorite returns to locations throughout the ballpark.
  • Lemonade with New Recipe and Souvenir Cup: Located at lemonade carts throughout the ballpark.
  • New Partner Sugarlands Distilling is now offering its products, such as High Rock Vodka, owned by NASCAR Hall of Famer Dale Earnhardt Jr., throughout the ballpark.
  • New Spring Training Signature Cocktails at the Tiki Bar! Offerings include Three Olives Blueberry Lemonade and Grape Flavored Vodka, Cotton Candy Cosmo, Frozen Tito’s Strawberry Lemonade, Jose Cuervo El Diablo Blood Orange Margarita, Mint Smash by High Rock Vodka, Popcorn Old Fashion, Spicy Blood Orange Margarita, Sugarlands Orange Squeeze and Watermelon Sour.
  • Sun Cruisers Sweet Tea Vodka and Lemonade: Located throughout the ballpark.
  • Plus, the fan-favorite beer bats return to all draft locations for 2025.

  • Delco’s Cheesesteaks: Located at Strike Out Café and Home Run Grille, you can find this local favorite that’s straight out of Delaware County.
  • Carlos’ Consuming Fire Hot Sauce: The best craft hot sauce from Tampa Bay returns in 2025, located at all condiment carts on the concourse.
  • Philadelphia Water Ice: Proudly serving hand-dipped water ice on the concourse at BayCare Ballpark (as well at hundreds of locations in Florida and the Delaware Valley).
  • Dippin’ Dots: The original and unbeatable flash-frozen ice cream sensation is available on the concourse.
  • J and J Super Pretzel: The Official Pretzel of the Phillies - both in Philadelphia and Clearwater! Stop by the Strike Out Café, Bullpen Grille and Home Run Grille and get one while at the ballpark.
