Where to Find Us at Citizens Bank Park

Come see us at the Fan Club kiosk, located in The Yard in Right Field, beyond section 102 for all things Phillies Kids Club. Pick up your membership items or check in at each game you attend at the Fan Club kiosk to earn points redeemable for exclusive Phillies Kids Club surprises and offers.

The Fan Club kiosk is open every Phillies home game until an hour and a half after scheduled first pitch.

How can I retrieve my membership items?

  • Shipping - Please allow at least 2-3 weeks after purchase for your items to arrive. Please note that the items will be sent to the address listed on your account.
  • In-game pickup - For those who elected to pick up their membership items during a Phillies game, visit the Fan Club kiosk, located in The Yard in Right Field (beyond section 102). The Fan Club kiosk is open during every Phillies home game during the 2024 season until an hour and a half after scheduled first pitch.

Accessing Your Phillies Kids Club Membership in the Ballpark App

Membership QR (have ready to check in to earn loyalty points):

  1. Log in with your MLB account on the Ballpark app.
  2. Select the Tickets icon on the bottom of page.
  3. Select membership card and press Open.
  4. Swipe to toggle between multiple member cards.

Membership Portal (use to manage loyalty system points and redeem prizes):

  • Log in with your MLB account on the Ballpark app.
  • Select the Phillies tab at the bottom. If you do not have a Phillies tab, select the MLB tab and scroll to set Phillies as a favorite.
  • Scroll down to the FAN CLUBS tile.
  • Select Phillies Kids Club.

Loyalty Program

  • Attend games, earn prizes!
  • Check in at the Fan Club kiosk each game to pick out a Phillies baseball card each game.
  • Scan your membership QR each visit to earn points. Then, redeem for eligible prizes such as a Phillies Kids Club Wristband, Concession Coupon and much more as they are added throughout the season!

Member must be present for scan. We cannot retroactively scan. Points for all members will accrue in parent account. Please note that one redemption equals one prize, not one prize per member.

How to redeem for prizes in the Membership Portal:

  1. Visit the Phillies Kids Club store in the Ballpark app.
  2. Select an item within your points balance and click redeem.
  3. After item is redeemed, you may visit the kiosk to retrieve your item.

First in Line Access for Kids Run the Bases

  • On Wednesday, June 19 and July 31, after the Phillies game ends, all children in attendance age 14 and under have the opportunity to go on the field postgame and round the bases like a major leaguer. As a member of the Phillies Kids Club, you are eligible to receive a wristband to skip the line and take advantage of first in line privileges.
  • To receive your wristband, check in at the Fan Club kiosk before the end of the 5th inning on a Nemours Children’s Health Kids Run the Bases game date (June 19 and July 31). Fan Club staff will provide you with additional information when you check in at the kiosk.
  • Please note, Kids Run the Bases is a weather-pending activity.
