University of Miami Community Day

Join us at loanDepot park for University of Miami Community Day on Saturday, September 21.

Doors open for UM faculty and staff at 2 p.m. for a pregame party in the West Plaza before the Marlins take on the Braves at 4:10 p.m. Seating for the game will be located on our Vista Level exclusively for UM faculty and staff and will be general admission seating.

Where and When

Saturday, September 21 – loanDepot park, West Plaza

2:00 p.m.: Gates open for UM faculty and staff. All UM faculty and staff must enter through Gate 3 (Home Plate Gate). Pregame party begins!
3:00 p.m.: UM representatives speak on West Plaza stage.
3:45 p.m.: UM representatives throw out the game’s honorary first pitch.
4:10 p.m.: Miami Marlins vs. Atlanta Braves game begins.

UM pregame party includes batting cages, cornhole, snacks, music, face painters, and a chance to meet Billy the Marlin!

Exclusive seating in stadium’s Vista Level

While tickets may have seat numbers, all seating on Vista Level during the game will be honored as general admission, allowing you and your family to sit with your colleagues.

Concessions Credit

Each ticket you redeem grants you $10 of concession credit. You will receive a Concession Ticket that will reflect the total amount of tickets you redeemed
- Ex. 4 tickets redeemed gets you a $40 concession ticket.

Bag Policy

Clear bags are permitted, cannot exceed 16"x16"x8" in size and must be plastic, vinyl, or PVC material. Exceptions will only be made for small clutches no larger than 6"x8" and bags for medical or infant purposes.

Bin Box Lockers are available next to the main ticket office across the street from the Third Base Garage.
