Here's MLB Pipeline's roundup of the top prospect performances in the Minor Leagues on Saturday.
A pair of Marlins prospects took center stage on Saturday, as Nick Neidert dominated on the mound for Double-A Jacksonville while Isan Diaz enjoyed a big night at the plate for Triple-A New Orleans.

Neidert, Miami's No. 3 prospect, set a career high by striking out 13 batters over eight innings while pitching the Jumbo Shrimp past Biloxi, 5-1. He allowed one earned run on five hits in the outing and retired 19 of the final 21 hitters he faced.
Acquired from Seattle during the offseason in the Dee Gordon trade, Neidert, 21, ranks among the Southern League leaders with a 2.95 ERA (fifth), 1.11 WHIP (fifth), 131 strikeouts (second) and 125 innings (first). He's completed eight innings in three of his past seven starts.
As for Diaz, the Marlins' No. 8 prospect hit a two-run homer as well as a pair of triples to finish 3-for-5 with a season-high five RBIs in New Orleans' 18-7 win over Albuquerque. He also reached once via a walk and scored three runs.
Part of the massive prospect haul netted by Miami when they shipped Christian Yelich to the Brewers, the 22-year-old Diaz has produced a .246/.364/.446 line with 12 homers, 22 doubles and 52 RBIs in 97 games between the Double- and Triple-A levels.

• No. 34 overall prospect Carter Kieboom's (Nationals' No. 2) go-ahead solo homer was the difference as Double-A Harrisburg edged Binghamton, 1-0, in game two of a doubleheader. He collected two of the Senators' three hits in the contest, finishing 2-for-3. The homer was the 20-year-old shortstop's 14th this season and third in 37 games at the Double-A level.
• No. 44 overall prospect Dylan Cease (White Sox No. 5) posted his third straight scoreless start for Double-A Birmingham, tossing six dominant frames of one-hit ball with nine strikeouts in a no-decision against Pensacola. He's posted 19 scoreless frames, 28 strikeouts and just seven hits allowed, in that span, lowering his Double-A ERA from 3.74 to 1.99. The 22-year-old right-hander is 11-2 in 20 starts across two levels, during which he's pitched to a 2.56 ERA with a .194 BAA and 140 strikeouts in 112 1/3 innings.

• No. 63 overall prospect Peter Alonso (Mets' No. 2) homered for a second straight game to help power Triple-A Las Vegas past Iowa, 9-6. His two-run shot in the fifth inning marked Alonso's 11th home run at the Triple-A level and 26th of the season. He's hitting .280/.399/.548 overall, with 48 extra-base hits and 95 RBIs in 106 games spanning two levels.

• No. 67 overall prospect Jarred Kelenic (Mets' No. 3) and Mark Vientos (No. 10) both hit a home run and a double in Rookie-level Kingsport's rout of Bristol. The 2018 first-rounder Kelenic hit a two-run shot in the fifth inning, his fifth homer of the year, before finishing 2-for-5, while Vientos connected on a solo shot, his eighth, as part of a 3-for-5, three-RBI performance.
• No. 100 overall prospect Nolan Gorman (Cardinals' No. 3) homered for a third straight game and went 4-for-6 for Rookie-level Johnson City. It was the 2018 first-rounder's second four-hit performance in five games, during which he's totaled four home runs and 10 RBIs. Overall, Gorman boasts a .341 average with 11 home runs -- good for a share of first place in the Appalachian League -- and 26 RBIs through 33 games in his pro debut.

• Starting for Rookie-level Bluefield in game one of a doubleheader, Blue Jays No. 7 prospect Eric Pardinho tossed five scoreless innings to record the win. He allowed five hits, walked one and struck out six while throwing 49 of 79 pitches for strikes. The 17-year-old right-hander continues to perform well beyond his years, as Saturday's outing gives him a 3.27 ERA with 45 strikeouts over 33 innings (eight starts) in the Appalachian League.
• Orioles No. 18 prospect Zac Lowther struck out nine, his highest total at the Class A Advanced level, over six innings in a no-decision for Frederick. He allowed one earned run on three hits and walked one in the outing, throwing 65 of his 89 pitches for strikes. The 22-year-old southpaw has registered a 2.76 ERA over 62 innings (12 starts) for the Keys after breezing through the South Atlantic League with a 1.16 ERA and 51 strikeouts in 31 frames with Class A Delmarva.
• Padres No. 28 prospectEdward Olivares hit solo home runs in his first two trips to the plate to help power Class A Advanced Lake Elsinore past San Jose, 5-3. It was the first ever multi-homer game for the 22-year-old outfielder, who has now hit nine home runs in 105 games in the California League. What's more, Olivares has also tallied 10 triples, 20 doubles and 17 steals while slashing .271/.311/.423. Franchy Cordero, anyone?
• Entering in relief of Jerad Eickhoff, Phillies No. 20 prospect David Parkinson fired seven scoreless innings to earn the win in Clearwater's 1-0 win over Bradenton. It was the first appearance at the Class A Advanced level for the 22-year-old left-hander, who allowed two hits, walked a pair and struck out seven. A 12th-round pick in 2017 out of Mississippi, Parkinson received a promotion to Clearwater after posting a 1.51 ERA with 115 strikeouts in 95 1/3 innings with Class A Lakewood.

• Rays No. 27 prospectColin Poche recorded five of his six outs via the strikeout in a scoreless two-inning relief appearance for Triple-A Durham. The five strikeouts give the 24-year-old left-hander 96 strikeouts in 55 1/3 innings (15.6 K/9) across two levels this season, during which he's compiled a 0.65 ERA and 0.70 WHIP while holding hitters to a .129 average.
