High School Volunteers
The Miami Marlins Foundation provides sports-based youth development programs that utilize baseball and softball as the vehicle to provide kids with life-changing social and emotional learning experiences. Our goal is to provide access to the game to all youth in the South Florida Community.
We are seeking high school volunteers to help aid in driving our mission and commitment to the community. If you are a high school student that is in need of community service hours and would like to participate in our youth baseball and softball programming, please see our current opportunities below:
- Tee Ball Division (ages 5-6)
- Coach Pitch Baseball Division (ages 7-9)
- Kid Pitch Baseball Division (ages 10-12)
- Fastpitch Softball Division (ages 7-12)
- Umpires for these levels
- Instructional clinic (basic throwing, fielding, hitting stations) (ages 5-12)
Please note that all volunteers are required to complete onboarding paperwork mandated by the MLB prior to participation. Each event will be a maximum of 4 hours.
