Following the conclusion of the 2023 Season, The Miami Marlins organization created a more inclusive ballpark fan experience by adding a new Mamava Nursing Pod presented by Florida Blue and a Sensory Room at loanDepot park. Both offerings will be available for all guests at the ballpark. Only one family will be permitted to use each service at a time.
The Mamava Nursing Pod presented by Florida Blue is located on the Promenade Level in front of Section 21, providing mothers with a comfortable and private space to nurse their babies while at the ballpark. The spacious pod features benches, a shelf, perfectly placed electrical outlets with USB ports, and a mirror to ensure mom is ready to go before returning to the game. To access the pod, fans need to download the Mamava app to secure the pod’s digit code.
The Sensory Room presented by ABA Centers of Florida, in collaboration with ABA Centers of Florida and KultureCity, is located on the Legends Level. It provides a welcoming space for neuroatypical guests looking for temporary respite from the gameday atmosphere. The calming environment boasts fun items and activities aimed to stimulate or relax specific senses, including activity panels, Yogibo bean bags, 100% recycled acoustic carpet and more. To access the suite, fans need to head to any guest services booth to sign in.
