MLB Ballpark for iPhone and Android

The MLB Ballpark app is your mobile companion when visiting T-Mobile Park. The official MLB ballpark application perfectly complements and personalizes your trip to T-Mobile Park with digital ticketing, mobile check-in, social media, offers, rewards and exclusive content.

Verify Your Account

Steps to Verify Your Account

  1. Download the free MLB Ballpark app on your phone. Click "Get Started" and select the Seattle Mariners as your favorite team.
  2. "Enable Location" to receive check-in offers throughout the season. Then click "Enable Notifications" to get alerts while at T-Mobile Park.
  3. If you already have an MLB.com account, click "Log In". If not, you can create one by filling in your name, email and password.
  4. You may need to verify your email address if this is your first time accessing your tickets in the MLB Ballpark app. You can verify your email address by tapping the Settings gear from the top right hand corner of the Today tab, tapping on MLB Account, and tapping to send the verification email.
  5. A verification email will be sent to the email address requested. Tap on the link in the email to allow access to your tickets in Ballpark

Getting into the Ballpark

Your Mariners tickets can be easily accessed through the MLB Ballpark app and presented at the gates of T-Mobile Park for entry. 

Steps to accessing your tickets:

  1. Open the "Wallet" tab. 
  2. Tap an individual ticket from the Wallet. 
  3. Present the barcode view (Scan View) on your mobile device for entrance into the ballpark. 
  4. Swipe the screen to view multiple tickets for the same game. 

Forwarding Tickets

The MLB Ballpark app provides an easy way to forward tickets to friends, colleagues and account partners. 

Steps to forwarding your tickets:

  1. Open the "Wallet" tab 
  2. Tap an individual ticket from the Wallet
  3. Choose "Forward Tickets"
  4. Select the seat(s) you would like to forward and tap "Forward Tickets"
  5. Choose "Via Email" to send via email or "Share Link" to send via text, e-mail or another method.* 

After forwarding your ticket, both you and the ticket recipient will receive an email notification of the forwarded ticket. 

* Selecting "Via Email" allows you to enter an email address. You can then add the recipient's name (optional) and a message (optional) before tapping "Send" to complete the forward. The "Share Link" will provide you a unique link to share via e-mail, text or other method.
