A: Yes. Tickets for this program are mobile-only via the MLB Ballpark app. When you download the MLB Ballpark app, you will need to create or log in with an MLB.com account. MLB.com accounts are free and easy to create directly from the MLB Ballpark app or any sfgiants.com webpage in the top navigation bar. It is recommended passholders create a login with their work email.
Q: Can I use my personal Ballpark account to claim tickets?
A: No. All passholders must use their work email to register and claim their tickets.
Q: Can I access tickets delivered to my personal email while logged into the MLB Ballpark app with my work email?
A: Yes. Additional emails can be verified within the MLB Ballpark app.

A: No. Your Giants Access Pass will automatically be eligible to claim up to two (2) tickets per game, based on availability. Seating categories will vary by game.
Q: Is there a limit to how many games I can claim?
A: Yes. Passholders can queue a maximum of five (5) games at a time. Queued games can be canceled to accommodate a different, preferred game. Or, once a queued game passes, passholders have the opportunity to claim ticket(s) for additional games.
Q: Can I purchase additional tickets for a game?
A: Yes. You can purchase up to six (6) additional tickets at special pricing in the seating category designated for the program.
Q: If my company’s entire ticket allotment has been claimed for a specific game, can I still get tickets?
A: Yes, you can still purchase up to six (6) tickets at special pricing.
Q: Can I upgrade my seats?
A: Yes. Your two (2) tickets can be upgraded at the time of purchase, subject to availability. All upgrades will incur additional costs at the expense of the passholder.
Q: Which games are included in my Giants Access Pass?
A: Tickets to most Monday-Friday games will be made available through the program. Tickets are subject to availability and some exclusions will apply - such as Opening Day, Dodgers (June Series), and Yankees.
Q: Are all seating categories included in my Giants Access Pass?
A: No. Seating categories will vary by game. Exact available seating locations will be presented at the time of your game selection.

Q: When is the deadline to claim tickets?
A: Yes. Tickets can be claimed up to 30 minutes after first pitch.
Q: What if I do not see any tickets for my desired game?
A: A limited quantity of tickets are made available for each game. If you do not see available tickets for a select game, the allotment may be exhausted. Inventory may become available if a passholder cancels their claimed tickets so it is worth checking back.
Q: I’ve received my tickets, why can’t I see my barcode?
A: Tickets secured with the Giants Access Pass will automatically update with a visible barcode two (2) hours before first pitch.
Q: Can I resell my tickets?
A: No. Tickets acquired with the Giants Access Pass are not eligible to be resold nor otherwise distributed to individuals not personally associated with the passholder. The sale, attempted sale, or transfer of tickets claimed or purchased through this ticket offer in violation of this policy is prohibited. Violation of this policy may result in the revocation of certain or all tickets claimed or purchased, loss of access to benefits, and/or canceled participation, without a refund or compensation.
Q: Can I forward my tickets to friends & family?

Q: Can I claim ADA seats?
A: Yes, subject to availability. Use the toggle in the right-hand corner of the purchase window to filter for ADA seating.
Q: What if I am unable to go to a game I claimed tickets for?
A: Please cancel your request via the Access Portal if you are unable to attend. Your tickets will be re-deposited to your company's account for others to claim. Any purchase cost and associated fees will be refunded as an account credit linked to your purchasing email address. To utilize your account credit, visit https://www.mlb.com/giants/tickets. Q: When is the deadline to return my claimed tickets?
A: All returns must take place before game time.
Q: Can I still claim tickets or use the tickets I’ve already claimed if I am no longer with my company?
A: No. Any tickets acquired through the Giants Access Pass program will be revoked once an employee account is deemed ineligible. A full refund back to the original payment method will be issued for any paid orders, so long as the account has not violated the resale policy. Tickets will be removed from your MLB Ballpark app upon leaving the company.
