How It Works:
  1. Choose the game(s) you’re interested in attending
  2. Select your preferred seating location(s)
  3. Pitch your desired price per ticket
  4. Receive your tickets once your pitch is accepted

Tickets purchased through promotional ticket offers are not available to ticket brokers or ticket resellers. Tickets may not be resold or otherwise distributed to individuals not personally associated with the ticket purchaser. Tickets purchased in violation of this policy will be revoked without refund.

Pitch Your Price FAQ

Q: Do I need to create an account to pitch my price?
A: Yes. All interested parties must “Sign Up” to participate. We highly recommend utilizing the same email address associated with your MLB Ballpark app account as the tickets will be delivered to the email that was used to pitch a price.

Q: When will my pitch be accepted?
A: Pitches can be accepted at any time, but no later than twenty four (24) hours before game time. Remember that the higher your pitch, the better chance of your pitch being accepted.

Q: Is there a deadline to pitch my price?
A: Pitches can be submitted up until twenty four (24) hours before game time. Twenty four (24) hours before first pitch, all unaccepted pitches will expire and no additional pitches will be accepted.

Q: How can I see my submitted pitches?
A: All submitted pitches are available to view here.

Q: Are there any fees associated with my pitch?
A: No. The price you pitch is the price you pay (if accepted).

Q: Can I use my account credit to Pitch My Price?
A: No. Account credit cannot be utilized for the Pitch Your Price program.

Q: Am I guaranteed to get tickets through this offer?
A: No. There are no guarantees that pitches will be accepted. We recommend offering a price within our suggested range to increase your chances of your pitch being accepted and receiving tickets.

Q: What will be my seating location?
A: When making your pitch you’ll be asked to select your preferred seating location. Your tickets are guaranteed to be within your selected seating location. The higher your pitch amount, the better your seats will be.

Q: Can I make a pitch for more than one seating location?
A: Yes. You may choose multiple seating locations and offer different amounts per location to increase your chances of your pitch being accepted. We’ll never fulfill more than one seating location per game.

Q: Can I make a pitch for more than one game at a time?
A: Yes. You may pitch your price for multiple games in the same transaction. You will be asked to pitch your price for each seating location you select, within each game you select. If you are making a pitch across multiple games, but only want tickets for one of the games, you will have the option to specify this which will prevent multiple pitches from being accepted.

Q: When will I be charged?
A: You’ll be charged once your pitch is accepted. If your pitch is not accepted, you will not be charged. Note that a pre-authorization charge may be applied upon pitch submission. If your pitch is not accepted, the charge will be removed within 7 business days.

Q: Can I modify my pitch after submission?
A: Yes. You can modify your pitch any time before it is accepted. Once accepted, the sale is final. No refunds or exchanges.

Q: How do I access my tickets?
A: Tickets are mobile only and delivered via the MLB Ballpark app. Buyers must have an app-compatible device and download the MLB Ballpark app to access their tickets.
Once your pitch is accepted, you’ll receive a confirmation email. To ensure accurate delivery, submitting your pitch with the same email address as your MLB Ballpark app account.

Q: Can I send my tickets to someone else?
A: Yes. Once tickets have been delivered you may forward tickets to friends and family electronically through the MLB Ballpark app.

Q: What is your refund policy?
A: You may cancel your pitch any time before it is accepted. Once accepted, the sale is final. No refunds or exchanges.

Q: Can I resell my tickets if I am unable to attend?
A: No. Tickets are not eligible for resale. The Giants reserve the right to revoke tickets if this policy is violated. Professional ticket resellers or brokers are not eligible to purchase Pitch Your Price tickets. Tickets may be forwarded to friends and family if you can no longer attend the game.
