Q: What are the benefits of bringing a group to the ballpark?

A: The benefits increase year after year when you are a Giants Group customer! To name a few: No per ticket surcharge; exciting group leader perks; personalized service from your own representative; complimentary pregame scoreboard recognition; priority Group Renewal Status; early window of opportunity for individual tickets and much more!

Q: What is the minimum number of tickets required for a group purchase?

A: The group minimum is 15 tickets. There is no maximum number of tickets subject to availability.

Q: What time can I get into the ballpark?

A: The ballpark parking lots open 3 hours prior to game time, and the ballpark gates open 1.5 - 2 hours prior to game time.

Q: Where is the best place to park my car, RV, or bus?

A: For information regarding parking at Oracle Park, please visit Directions and Parking. Bus and Limo Parking is available adjacent to Giants Lot A on Terry Francois Blvd. for $80 - $100 per RV, Bus or Limo.

Q: What methods of transportation are available to the ballpark?

A: Public transportation options such as Bus, Cal Train, BART, MUNI rail, and Ferries are available to games and most are available for group advanced purchases.

Directions and Parking

Q: What other pre-game options are available to groups?

A: There are a limited number of fun and convenient locations within the ballpark for pre-game catered events. The Scoreboard Plaza, Alaska Airlines Flight Deck, Club King, Landers Landing and Triples Alley spaces may be reserved prior to games with full service catering. For pricing and information, contact your Sales Executive or call 415.972.2299 during regular business hours to discuss the pre-game options in the ballpark.

Q: What am I allowed to bring into the ballpark?

A: To allow for an expedited entry experience, bags are highly discouraged. Only bags smaller than 16”x16”x 8”will be allowed to enter the park. NO backpacks, briefcases, suitcases, or rolling bags will be permitted. Paper and plastic grocery bags, purses, fanny packs, lunch bags, diaper bags, soft-sided containers, and handbags are allowed into the ballpark as long as they do not exceed the 16" x 16" x 8" in size in accordance with MLB policy. Oracle Park does not store oversized bags.

All bags will be thoroughly inspected before they are permitted into the ballpark. Hard-sided coolers will not be permitted. Guests are strongly encouraged to arrive early and to allow additional time to enter the ballpark.

Q: What age do children require a ticket for admission into the park?

A: Toddlers, 24 months or younger, do not need a ticket to enter the ballpark. However, they must sit on the lap of an accompanying adult.

Q: When is my final payment due and when will I receive my group tickets?

A: Final payment is due 30 days before your game date. All group tickets are delivered through the MLB Ballpark App for access through your mobile device.

Q: May I add tickets to my original group order?

A: Adding tickets to your order is our pleasure but subject to availability. Contact your Sales Executive or call 415.972.2299 during regular business hours to purchase additional group tickets.

Q: My tickets were lost or stolen. What can I do?

A: The Giants are able to reprint your tickets, if the exact location of the lost or stolen tickets is known and the reprint is requested by the Group Leader in advance of the game. Call your Sales Executive or 415.972.2299 regarding reprints. If your tickets have been stolen, please provide a police report. We ask that you please treat your group tickets like cash and keep them in a secure place until your event date.

Q: What are the COVID-19 entry requirements for the rest of the season?

A: For games between May 31 and June 20, fans seated in socially distanced sections are not required to show proof of a negative test or full vaccination for entry. Fans seated in fully vaccinated sections must present proof of vaccination for entry. Learn more. As of June 25, vaccinated sections will be discontinued and the ballpark will be seated in the normal pre-COVID manner. No entry requirements will be required for games June 25 and beyond. Gameday protocols are subject to review and approval by the San Francisco Department of Public Health. Reference www.sfgiants.com/fansafe for the latest information.

Q: Are there COVID-19 testing/vaccination requirements for entry to Oracle Park?

A: Fans are not required to be fully vaccinated or provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test for entry to Oracle Park. The health order issued by the City of San Francisco requiring proof of full vaccination for patrons of certain indoor public settings currently applies to these ballpark locations only: Public House (onsite restaurant), the Gotham Club and Cloud Club (members-only clubs).

Q: Are face masks required?

A: Face masks are required for all fans when accessing indoor spaces and at all concession and merchandise stands. Masks are to be well-fitted and cover the nose and mouth.

Group Tickets are intended for those individuals identified as members of the Group or associated with the Group. Group Tickets are not available to ticket brokers or ticket resellers. Group Tickets may not be resold or otherwise distributed to individuals not associated with the Group. The sale, attempted sale or transfer of Group Tickets in violation of this policy is prohibited. Violation of this policy may result in the revocation of certain or all tickets purchased by the Group.

Group and Suite Tickets are intended for those individuals identified as members of the Group or guests of the suite, as applicable. Group and Suite Tickets are not available to ticket brokers or ticket resellers. Group and Suite Tickets may not be resold or otherwise distributed to individuals who, as applicable, are not associated with the Group or guests of the suite. The sale, attempted sale or transfer of Group or Suite Tickets in violation of this policy is prohibited. Violation of this policy may result in the revocation of certain or all tickets purchased by the Group or associated with the suite rental without a refund.
