Lan Huynh Lee is entering her 14th season with the San Francisco Giants. In her role, Lan leads the development and execution of the organization’s people operations strategy and programs. She oversees the talent and people operations team responsible for talent acquisition and development, employee engagement, workforce planning and HR technology. Lan has been a member of the Giants DE&I Council since 2017 and currently serves as the Chief of Staff working alongside 26 Council members to create a more diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace for all employees.

Prior to joining the Giants, she worked for five years at Mercer in San Francisco consulting on human capital engagements across various industries including technology, healthcare, tax-exempt and retail. Lan graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a Business Administration degree from the Haas School of Business and currently resides in San Francisco with her husband, Lawrence, their two children, Harper and Hayes.
