Clara Ho has been a part of the Giants organization for over 20 years. She is responsible for risk management and workers’ compensation for players and Baseball Operations’ personnel. She also oversees Minor League player benefits, MLB’s Continuing Education Program (CEP), collaborates in oversight of department financial and budgetary processes, the player education and cultural development program, and supports other areas of Major and Minor league administration. She received her BA in Business with an emphasis in Human Resources and Organizational Behavior at Texas A&M University and earned a Master’s in Sport Management from the University of San Francisco. Athletically, she was an NCAA Scholar-athlete, All-American swimmer and USA National Team member. Ho-Frawley resides in the Bay Area with her family.
