Ashley Connor is entering her 11th season with the Giants and oversees the Ticket Operations and Customer Service teams.

Connor has spent more than 20 years in the ticketing industry focusing on operational efficiencies, including the development and implementation of technology solutions. She received her call up to the majors in 2014 as Manager of Ticket Technology, leveraging technology to improve the ticket purchasing and utilization experience.

Connor lives with her husband and two children in the East Bay.
