Alexis Lustbader is entering her 19th year with the San Francisco Giants. In her role, she leads and supports the Guest Services event staff at Oracle Park who play a collaborative and integral role to deliver the highest quality experience to all guests at events and on game days. Alexis began her career with the Giants managing the Ballpark Tours program within Giants Enterprises. During which time she contributed to the creation of initiatives such as Educational Tours and Distance Learning. Alexis has been a member of the Giants Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council since 2017. In July 2020, she became co-chair of the Employee Resource Group committee, which focuses on the support of employees’ sense of community and belonging within the Giants.

Alexis graduated from San Francisco State University with a degree in Hospitality Management and earned a Human Resources Management Certificate from Cornell University. She resides in Livermore with her husband Jason and their Corgis, Ivy & Arthur.
