Testing/Vaccination FAQ

The health and safety of our fans and employees is our top priority. A negative COVID-19 test or full vaccination is required for entry.

The Giants have been approved to operate the ballpark at up to 50% of its capacity. As a condition of this approval, the San Francisco Health Department is requiring that all fans 12 years and older must present proof of full vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test for entry to Oracle Park. Children less than 12 years of age are not required to present a negative test result. See below for more details.

Q: Are there COVID-19 testing/vaccination requirements for entry to Oracle Park?

A: Fans are not required to be fully vaccinated or provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test for entry to Oracle Park. The health order issued by the City of San Francisco requiring proof of full vaccination for patrons of certain indoor public settings currently applies to these ballpark locations only: Public House (onsite restaurant), the Gotham Club and Cloud Club (members-only clubs).

Q: What are the COVID-19 testing/vaccination requirements for entry to Oracle Park for games June 25 and beyond?

A: Starting June 25, fans are not required to be fully vaccinated or provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test for entry to Oracle Park.

Q: What is considered full vaccination?

A: Full vaccination is defined as 14 days after receiving the final dose in the vaccination series (Pfizer-BioNTech, Moderna or Johnson & Johnson). The day the final dose is administered counts as Day 0. For example, someone who got their final dose on May 1 is fully vaccinated on May 15.

Q: How will the entry requirements for fully vaccinated sections be monitored?

A: Before entering the ballpark, fans must visit a verification station at any gate to receive the wristband required for entry into a fully vaccinated section. Fans ages 16+ must present a photo ID and proof of full vaccination and fans ages 2-15 must present a negative COVID-19 test to receive a wristband.
