Tickets: Access your mobile ticket(s) via Ticketmaster in advance of the event. Screenshots will not be accepted.
Entrance: Gates open at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday. Gates open at 12:30 p.m. on Sunday. Enter through the Willie Mays Gates (3rd & King), 2nd & King Gate or O’Doul Gate (adjacent to 3rd St Bridge).
Pit Party: Access the Pit Party via the Willie Mays Gate. Passholders can enter from 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Early Access Passholders can enter at 11:30 a.m.
No Re-Entry: Guests are not permitted to re-enter the ballpark.
Bag Policy: Backpacks (including clear backpacks) and hard-sided coolers are not permitted. Accommodations are made for diaper bags, medical bags and guests with accessible needs. Other bags, that do not exceed 16" x 16" x 8" in size, are permitted. Bags do not need to be clear.
Merchandise: Merchandise will be sold inside the venue on the Promenade Level.
Credit cards only: Food, beverage and merchandise must be purchased with a credit/debit card.
TRANSPORTATION
Public Transit is highly recommended for traveling to and from Oracle Park.
- Muni and Caltrain will both run special event service for Monster Jam and have stops within steps of Oracle Park, providing convenient access.
- BART is a short walk or Muni ride away from Oracle Park.
- Check agency websites for additional information on special event service (note that ferry agencies will not be providing direct service to Oracle Park).
Parking: Reservations are required in Oracle Park lots, including for guests with ADA placards.

Parking reservations are required in Lot A/Pier 48 and the King-Townsend Garage at 153 Townsend Street. This applies to guests with ADA placards.
Please be aware of third parties selling unauthorized parking passes.
Any parking pass without a valid barcode will not be honored in Oracle Park lots.
For those traveling by bike:
- Secure bike parking operated by the San Francisco Bicycle Coalition is available on the Portwalk, behind right field.
- The Bike Valet service opens at 3 p.m. on Saturday, January 6 and Noon on Sunday, January 7 and closes one hour after the conclusion of the event.
