TICKET PURCHASE OPPORTUNITY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Registration

Registration for the 2024 MLB at Rickwood Game Ticket Strip Purchase Opportunity begins at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on April 16, 2024, and will close at 11:59 p.m. ET on April 30, 2024 (the “Registration Period”). Major League Baseball will conduct a random drawing from among the pool of eligible registrations received during the Registration Period to determine the selected registrants, who will have the opportunity, subject to availability, to purchase one (1) 2024 MLB at Rickwood Game Ticket Strip, which consists of two (2) tickets (“Ticket Strip”). Tickets for the 2024 MLB at Rickwood Game will be sold in connection with this 2024 MLB at Rickwood Game Ticket Strip Purchase Opportunity. There are no exceptions to this policy and no substitution of the 2024 MLB at Rickwood Game Ticket. Exact date, times and instructions for Ticket Strip purchase will be communicated by e-mail to each selected registrant. If a selected registrant does not follow these instructions, he or she will forfeit the opportunity to purchase a Ticket Strip. There is no charge to register for this opportunity. There is no obligation to purchase a Ticket Strip. There is no assurance that any particular registrant will be selected. Selected registrants may not transfer this purchase opportunity.

In order to be eligible for this opportunity, you must be eighteen (18) years of age or older and a legal resident of Alabama at the time of registration. In addition, you must complete and submit the registration form located above during the Registration Period. Limit one (1) registration per person. In the case of multiple registrations for the same individual, only the first registration received will be considered. Only registrations submitted to Major League Baseball during the Registration Period via the online form provided above will be entered in the random drawing. Registrations generated by a script, macro, or other mechanical or automated means will not be valid.

Random Drawing

A random drawing will be held on or about May 1, 2024. The selected registrants will have the opportunity, subject to availability, to purchase one (1) Ticket Strip. Each registrant selected will be notified on or about May 3, 2024, by e-mail sent to the e-mail address submitted on the registration form. Those registrants whose names are selected shall have an opportunity, subject to availability, to purchase one (1) Ticket Strip at a date and time to be indicated in the e-mail. In the event that the selected registrant does not respond to such notification by purchasing one (1) Ticket Strip in a single transaction in the timeframe indicated, such registrant will forfeit the opportunity.

Please be sure to provide an accurate e-mail address at the time of registration. The MLB Entities (defined below) are not responsible for any e-mail notifications that are bounced back or misdirected.

You may not use any tickets purchased in connection with the drawing for any commercial or promotional purposes whatsoever. Registrations have no cash redemptions or substitutions.

MLB game, event and exhibition dates and times are determined at the sole discretion of the BOC and/or the applicable Major League Baseball Club, and may be subject to change. All tickets purchased in connection with the drawing shall be subject to the standard terms, conditions, and health and safety policies applicable to the tickets; see www.mlb.com/rickwoodterms for details.

Each registrant waives and releases, and agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless, the MLB Entities, and each of their respective affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, lenders, advertisers, promotional agencies, directors, members, successors, sponsors, partners, licensees, officers, agents, employees, advisors, successors and assignees, and each individual or entity associated with the development and execution of this program, from and against any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from (a) any failure of a drawing to be conducted for any reason; (b) the actions of registrants or any other individuals in connection with any drawing; (c) injury or damage to such registrant’s or other individual’s computer(s), mobile device(s), or other equipment as a result of participation in the program; (d) any loss, use, or disclosure of any registration and/or any registration data; (e) any participation in an opportunity to purchase tickets or any related activity; or (f) acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any opportunity to purchase tickets or tickets purchased in connection with any drawing, including without limitation, claims based on negligence, breach of contract, or liability for physical injury, death, or property damage. The “MLB Entities” shall mean the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball (“BOC”), its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P., Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., The MLB Network, LLC, the Major League Baseball Clubs (“Clubs”), each of their parent, subsidiary, affiliated and related entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Clubs or the BOC, and the owners, general and limited partners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees and agents of the foregoing entities.
