WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO JOIN DODGER REWARDS?
All Dodger Fans can score rewards! Dodger Rewards is free, and all fans are eligible to join.
HOW CAN I ACCESS DODGER REWARDS?
Dodger Rewards is best accessed on the MLB Ballpark app. Go to the Dodgers page, and scroll to the Dodger Rewards presented by Mastercard tile.
You can also access your account at https://rewards.dodgers.com on the following browsers: Google Chrome, Safari, and Microsoft Edge.
Log in to Dodger Rewards with the email address and password associated with your MLB.com account.

WHAT IS DODGER MVP?
Dodger MVP is an annual upgrade available for the calendar year. Upgrade your Rewards tier to Dodger MVP to unlock more Dodger Rewards access, select presale access, a complimentary gift, and more! To upgrade to Dodger MVP, please select “Account” and then scroll down to Dodger MVP.

WHAT IS A DIGITAL REWARDS CARD?
The digital rewards card is a digital card that can unlock additional benefits for your Ballpark purchases.
If you have Dodger Dollars or stadium funds, you would scan your digital rewards card to use them.
For Premium clients, Season Ticket Members, and Partners of Premium clients and Season Ticket Members, your digital rewards card is where your Team Store discount is located.
HOW DO I ACCESS MY REWARDS CARD?
Your digital rewards card may be best accessed through Dodger Rewards in the MLB Ballpark App. Log in to your Dodger Rewards account and tap the QR code icon, located on the home page. The QR Code that will display is known as your digital rewards card.
WHERE CAN I SCAN MY REWARDS CARD?
Your rewards card may be scanned at any Dodger Team Store or concession stand at Dodger Stadium. Exclusion may apply.
WHAT ARE DODGER DOLLARS?
Dodger Dollars is pre-loaded money onto your digital rewards card that can be used at concession stands and the Dodger Team Store.
Exclusive to My Dodgers Members, account credit could be used to purchase Dodger Dollars. Contact your dedicated Membership Service Representative to find out if you are eligible today. Dodger Dollars will not expire.
WHAT ARE STADIUM FUNDS?
At select times, the Dodgers may grant Stadium Funds. Stadium Funds will automatically be loaded onto your digital rewards card. They can be used at concession stands and the Dodger Team Store. Stadium Funds expire December 1, 2024. Unused Stadium Funds will be forfeited.
WHAT IS DODGER PAY?
Dodger Pay allows you to link a debit or credit card to your digital rewards card for quick, contactless payments. Bonus points can be earned for linking a Mastercard!

DO I EARN POINTS FOR PURCHASES MADE AT THE STADIUM?
While points are not earned for every purchase made at Dodger Stadium, there could be Challenges asking you to make certain purchases as a way to earn additional points.
CAN I REQUEST A PHYSICAL REWARDS CARD?
Physical rewards cards will not be available for the 2024 Season.
HOW DO I NOMINATE A PARTNER?
Partners can be nominated for all Premium, Full, and Half Season Members! Partners will receive access to the accounts team store discount and early stadium access. To nominate a partner, select “Account” and then the “Partners” icon. Input the name and email of the person you would like to add as a partner, and they will be sent an email walking them through how to accept your partner invitation.
HOW DO I ACCEPT A PARTNER INVITATION?
If a member has invited you as a partner, you will need to accept their nomination to receive some of their benefits. To accept an invitation, please select “Account” at the top of the screen and then select the “Partners” tab. Press the green “Accept Partner” button and enter the partner code and partner secret code from your invitation email.

HOW CAN I EARN REWARDS POINTS FOR PURCHASING A TICKET TO A DODGERS HOME GAME OR SPRING TRAINING GAME?
To earn rewards points for Dodger ticket purchases, all ticket purchases must be made with the Dodgers Ticket Account number associated with your Dodger Rewards account. Any ticket purchases made under a different account number or through a third-party website will not be eligible for rewards points.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO SEE MY EARNED REWARDS POINTS FOR TICKET PURCHASES?
For Group Ticket, Premium, Hospitality, and Single Game Ticket Purchases, points will be awarded after the game date. Please allow 1-3 business days after the game has passed to see these points.
WHAT ARE REDEMPTION CODES?
Redemption codes are a word or phrase that we provide as an opportunity to earn bonus points! They may be found in select emails, on DodgerVision during select Dodger games and events, or at other select times.
All redemption codes must be entered by 11:59 PM PT the day they are released unless an alternative time is specified. Redemption codes will not be valid for entry after that time.
WILL ANY OF MY UNUSED POINTS FROM THE 2024 SEASON ROLL OVER INTO THE 2025 SEASON?
Unused rewards points will not roll over into the following season. All points must be used prior to the annual Dodger Rewards shutdown in mid-December.
WHAT ARE CHALLENGES AND BADGES?
Challenges are an additional way to earn points and other prizes! To view active Challenges, please select “Challenges” from the main menu. Click on each Challenge to see the complete description of what actions are required, your progress, and what rewards you could earn. Check back frequently as new Challenges are released regularly.
HOW DO I EARN CREDIT FOR ATTENDANCE CHALLENGES AND BADGES?
Challenges and Badges may ask you to attend games. To receive credit for attending a Dodger game, at least one ticket must be in the same account as the one associated with your Dodger Rewards account. The ticket must be scanned into the Ballpark to receive attendance credit. Forwarded tickets or unscanned tickets will not give you attendance credit.
HOW DO I EARN CREDIT FOR SPEND CHALLENGES AND BADGES?
Challenges and Badges may ask you to spend money at the Ballpark. To receive credit for purchases made at Dodger Stadium, you must use Dodger Pay.
WHAT TYPES OF REWARDS DOES DODGER REWARDS OFFER?
You can redeem points for exclusive Dodger items, experiences, memorabilia, and events. To view these rewards items, please press the “Rewards” tab at the top of your screen. Kindly note, all rewards point transactions are final.
Throughout the season various sweepstakes will be available to enter. The number of entries visible is your personal entries, and not the total number of entries from all Dodger Rewards participants. Upon conclusion of a sweepstakes, all rewards points used for entry are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome. Only the winner will be notified at the conclusion of the sweepstakes.

HOW CAN I CLAIM REWARDS?
Upon redemption, you will have 30 days to claim your reward(s) unless an alternative expiration date is specified. Please allow 2 business days for your item to be ready for pick up. Because of the limited availability and high demand of rewards, any items that have not been claimed by that date will no longer show in your Rewards Wallet and will be reinstated into the Dodger Rewards program’s inventory, without refund.
During the baseball season, you may claim your reward(s) during any Dodger home games at the Sales Center, located on the Field level by the Visitor Bullpen, from pregame through the fifth inning. You can also schedule an appointment to claim your reward(s) on a non-gameday by emailing [email protected]. Our regular business hours are Monday through Friday 9 AM – 5 PM, and we request 48 hour notice to have someone available to meet with you.
If you are a Season Ticket Member, your items are available during Dodger home games at Membership Headquarters, located near the Dodgers Bullpen, from pregame through the fifth inning.
