The ticket presale for potential games to be played at Chase Field takes place Wednesday, September 18 and Thursday, September 19. Use the promo code received via email to purchase tickets.

MOBILE TICKETS

Postseason tickets will be available exclusively through the MLB Ballpark app and your My Tickets account.

RESELLING OF TICKETS AND SCALPING PROHIBITED

Postseason tickets are distributed for your personal use only. Tickets are not to be resold for premium in excess of any amount allowed by federal, state, or local law. Persons who sell or offer tickets for resale at any price on the D-backs premises will be removed from the premises and prosecuted.

PARKING

Advantage Members who had parking included in their season pricing will be provided parking. Pre-sale opportunity will be provided via ParkWhiz at a discounted price for those who paid during the regular season. Passes for all potential postseason home games will be accessible in the MLB Ballpark app.

ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONS PROHIBITED

Postseason tickets may not be used for advertising, promotions (including contests and sweepstakes), or other trade purposes without the express written consent of the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball.

REFUND POLICY FOR UNPLAYED GAMES

If the series for which this ticket is issued concludes before the scheduled date of the Game, a refund or credit will be issued according to the applicable refund policy of the host Club. For tickets issued through Ticketmaster, D-backs box office or your original point of purchase, the Holder will receive an automatic credit from the Issuer; such tickets should not be returned and will have no cash value.

ADVANTAGE MEMBER POSTSEASON REFUNDS

Advantage Member: If you do not want to have your 2024 Postseason payment applied toward your 2025 Advantage Membership, you can submit a request for a Postseason Refund. The refund process will be available after the conclusion of the D-backs’ final game of the season (including postseason play). The deadline for Advantage Members Postseason refunds is November 30, 2024.

Postseason Suites must be paid in full to reserve.

A set number of parking passes in the Chase Field Garage are included, just as during the regular season.

If a Suite is purchased for a game that is not played, payments towards Suites will automatically be rolled over as a 2024 Suite deposit. Full or partial refunds of these payments may be provided upon request. 2025 Suite deposits placed to purchase the Suite are non-refundable.

Please note the specific Wild Card, Division, League Championship Series and World Series "Home Game #" relates to the actual home game that is to be played at Chase Field, not the specific game in the series.

These tickets are valid for that specific "Home Game #" regardless of the date the game is played.
