Is there a ticket limit?
Ticket limit is 8 tickets per game. Fans are allowed to purchase more than once as long as the purchase doesn’t exceed eight (8) purchased tickets for any specific Savannah Bananas or Cardinals game.
Do my Savannah Bananas Tickets and Cardinals game tickets need to be in the same area?
Each purchase of one (1) Savannah Bananas event + three (3) or more Cardinals games must be in the same All-Inclusive area.
What are the steps to purchase a Flex Pack?
Select your games first and then select a price level. If the price level is not available for one of the games, you will receive an error and should select a different price level and/or games.
Where will I be able to find my tickets?
All Cardinals tickets purchased in a flex pack will be delivered via the MLB Ballpark app immediately. Savannah Bananas tickets will not appear in the app until closer to the event date.
Will I be able to exchange my tickets?
No exchanges/upgrades.
