Tony Valleroy
Guest Services Specialist
As the Guest Services Specialist, Tony has a number of customer service and stadium operations responsibilities including answering the Guest Service emails, helping with the Cardinals recycling efforts throughout Busch Stadium, and assisting in the coordination of Event Staff and Event Staff programs.
Tony joined the Cardinals in 2012 as a Direct Sales Representative where he worked as part of a team that saw tickets through a complete "life cycle" in such a way that the fan, customer, then guest reaped the most benefit from the purchase of tickets. He executed a number of campaigns, selling Season, Group, Packages, and Single Game tickets.
Before joining the Cardinals, Tony was a Ticket Sales Assistant for the Lakewood BlueClaws ("A" affiliate of the Philadelphia Phillies) during the 2011 season. He successfully coordinated a number of group theme nights, and executed game day coordination of the "Business at the Ballpark" program.
Tony worked as a Student Assistant at Southeast Missouri State's Athletic Department in Sports Information. Tony was the official scorer for the 2010 baseball season, football season, and much of the basketball season. He was also the primary media contact for Southeast Missouri State's Cross Country teams.
Tony earned his Bachelor's Degree in Sport Management from Southeast Missouri State University. He is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys fishing, hunting and hiking.
Tony lives in Millstadt, IL with his wife, Jessie, and daughter, Clara.
