ST. LOUIS -- Inclement weather and concerns about travel safety have forced the Cardinals to cancel their weekend Caravan events in Jonesboro, Ark., and Dyersburg and Memphis, Tenn. The other five Caravan events -- in Missouri, Illinois, Indiana and Kentucky -- will proceed as scheduled.
This is the second straight year in which winter storms have interrupted the Cardinals' Caravan plans.

A group that included Tommy Pham, Jose Martinez, Mike Mayers, Stubby Clapp and Danny Cox was expected to attend an event at AutoZone Park, home of the club's Triple-A affiliate, on Friday evening. The visits to Jonesboro and Dyersburg were scheduled for Saturday.
