2024 LIVE EXCHANGE DETAILS
- Tickets for games not yet played can be exchanged online to 68 eligible regular season home games listed on the Live Ticket Exchange Dates Calendar
- Ticket pricing is determined by demand. Any exchange of tickets from a lower demand B-tier game into a higher demand A-tier game will require the Season Seat Holder to pay the difference in ticket pricing.
- Tickets can be exchanged online up until 24 hours before first pitch. Within 24 hours, tickets still have value as Past Game/Unused tickets. Tickets being exchanged over the phone or with the assistance of your representative must be exchanged at least 48 hours in advance of the game date on the original ticket. Any tickets being exchanged within this window of time will follow the Past Game/Unused Ticket Policy.
- Tickets and Parking must be exchanged separately online.
- Gold Parking CANNOT be exchanged online. Contact your Account Executive for assistance.
- Share partners are not eligible for Season Ticket Exchanges. Please have the Season Seat Holder of record contact their Account Executive if any assistance is needed.
- A $1.00 per-ticket service fee will be applied to all exchanges.
- This is a ticket-for-ticket exchange and tickets may only be exchanged ONCE.
- Tickets may only be exchanged and used towards games in the 2024 season.
- A maximum of eight tickets can be exchanged for any one game.
- Exchange dates are subject to change.
2024 PAST GAME / UNUSED TICKET EXCHANGE DETAILS
- Primary exchange policy for Terrace Ticket Treat Accounts. Past Game/Unused Ticket exchanges CANNOT be fulfilled online - please contact your Account Executive for assistance.
- If you have unused tickets for a game already played, those tickets may be redeemed for tickets to eligible Mon-Thur regular season home games listed on the Past Game / Unused Ticket Exchange Dates Calendar.
- Each unused ticket from a past game will be exchanged for the best-available location in the TERRACE RESERVED only.
- Share partners are not eligible for Season Ticket Exchanges. Please have the Season Seat Holder of record contact their Account Executive if any assistance is needed.

HOW TO EXCHANGE TICKETS ONLINE
- Log in to your My Brewers Tickets account with your MLB.com account and password.
- Once logged in, select "EXCHANGE" on the left side of the screen.
- Choose the game and seats you would like to exchange, and you'll be prompted to select the game you desire to exchange into.
- Pick your seats from the map, choose a delivery method and check-out.
