American Family Field Tours

• Your American Family Field Tour will not be guaranteed until you receive an EMAIL CONFIRMATION.
• Your confirmation will include final balance details and parking/entrance information.
• Tour routes are subject to change without notice at the discretion of the Milwaukee Brewers. Tour Guests may be subject to certain health and safety guidelines as determined by the Brewers following local and state guidelines.
• CANCELLATION POLICY: Written notice of cancellation must be received by the Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club (MBBC) at least fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled tour date. If notice is received by MBBC more than fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled tour, the deposit shall be refunded. Any cancellation less than fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled event will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit. Third party travel companies who hold their tours with a credit card on file will be charged the 50% deposit of anticipated guests. In the event the group’s tour must be cancelled by MBBC for any reason, the individual named on this document will be contacted and refunded the amounts paid.
• LIABILITY: MBBC shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury to any person participating in stadium tours. Tour participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless MBBC, Major League Baseball, the Southeast Wisconsin Professional Baseball Park District, their partners and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents and insurers from and against any and all losses, liabilities, costs and expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising in any way from guests participation in stadium tours at American Family Field.

I hereby authorize MBBC to photograph, video tape, or use any other mechanical/technological means of recording or reproducing images and to use my (or my minor child’s/legally incapacitated adult’s) likeness. I also acknowledge and hereby grant to MBBC the worldwide and perpetual right and authority to use, reproduce, distribute, broadcast, or otherwise transmit, publish, and display, in whole or in part, my (or my minor child’s/legally incapacitated adult’s) name, photograph, or any other likeness and/or biographical information that I may provide and, if applicable, any statement that I have made or may make in the future concerning the Activity, in any and all media, now known or hereafter invented, in perpetuity, for the purpose of trade, promotion, and/or otherwise, without notification, compensation, or additional consideration, except where prohibited by law.
