The 2020 Draft concludes with Day 2 after an eventful first day that saw Spencer Torkelson go No. 1 overall to the Tigers as the first of 37 players selected.

The Draft resumes with the start of the second round, with coverage through the end of the fifth and final round on MLB Network and ESPN2 and on a live simulcast on MLB.com.

What's happening on Day 2?

Day 1 of the Draft started with the first round (picks 1-29), followed by Competitive Balance Round A (picks 30-37). Here's the order for Day 2, which opened with the Tigers picking at No. 38 overall and concludes with the Astros picking at No. 160.

• Best available players on Day 2

Rounds 2, 3, 4 and 5 -- Teams pick normally, in reverse order of their 2019 regular-season records. Seven teams don't have a second-round pick (the Astros and Red Sox as penalties for sign-stealing, and the Angels, Braves, D-backs, Phillies and Yankees for signing free agents who received a qualifying offer). The Twins don't have a third-round pick and the Yankees don't have a fifth-round pick for the free-agent signings of Josh Donaldson and Gerrit Cole.

Competitive Balance Round B -- Six teams that have either one of the 10 smallest markets or 10 smallest revenue pools received an additional pick immediately following Round 2. The teams picking are the Marlins, Tigers, Cardinals (via a trade with the Rays), Mariners, Reds and Dodgers (via a trade with the Twins).

Compensation picks -- Between Competitive Balance Round B and the start of Round 3, six teams received an additional Draft pick for losing a free agent who declined a qualifying offer: the Giants (two picks, for Madison Bumgarner and Will Smith), Mets (for Zack Wheeler), Cardinals (for Marcell Ozuna), Nationals (for Anthony Rendon) and Astros (for Gerrit Cole).

The Draft would normally last 40 rounds, but this year's Draft was shortened to five rounds as a result of the coronavirus pandemic.
