Brewers Student Achievers Presented by UW Credit Union

Since 1987, the Student Achiever Awards Program has continued to recognize students in grades 5-12 for academic achievement throughout Southeastern Wisconsin from Fond Du Lac, Dodge, Washington, Ozaukee, Jefferson, Waukesha, Milwaukee, Walworth, Racine to Kenosha.

Each Student Achiever is acknowledged and rewarded with two complimentary Brewers game tickets for the 2025 baseball season, courtesy of UW Credit Union. Tickets and certificate of acknowledgement will be distributed through the school.

Student Achiever submissions will open at 9:00 a.m. CT on November 4, 2024, and close at 11:59 p.m. CT on February 21, 2025.

You will find the spreadsheet in the location where your browser puts downloaded files.

Then simply add the student information, then save as .xls or .xlsx and upload to us through the form below. Thank you!

Please Note: A maximum of 10% of the total number of students at your school in grades 5-12 may be submitted. If 10% = 4 or fewer students, your school may nominate 4 students total.

Calculate Number of Eligible Students: Total # of students at your school in grades 5-12 x 10% = total # of students to be listed on this form. If 10% = 4 or fewer students, school may nominate 4 students total.
