2022 Season Updates

We are excited to share with you that Major League Baseball and the Major League Baseball Players Association have reached a new collective bargaining agreement that ensures a full 2022 season beginning on Thursday, April 7 with the Brewers playing at Wrigley Field. We appreciate your support and patience, and we now turn our attention to defending the 2021 National League Central Division title.

The following policy applies to regular season games that were set to take place March 31 – April 14, 2022:

Opening Day: For customers currently in possession of an Opening Day ticket, originally scheduled for Thursday, March 31, please hold on to your ticket. Your Opening Day ticket will be honored for the for the first regular season home game played at American Family Field on April 14, 2022. Opening Day ticket holders will be contacted directly regarding account credit and refund options.

April 14, 2022 game: For customers currently in possession of a game ticket that was for the originally scheduled game at 6:40pm, this ticket is no longer valid. Ticket holders will be contacted directly regarding relocation, account credit and refund options.

Season Seat Holders (20-Plans, 40-Plans, and Full Seasons) & Mini Packs (4-Packs & 10-Packs): For impacted games, customers will receive an account credit or refund equal to the purchased value of tickets & parking. Account credits can be applied to 2023 season invoices or used towards single-game ticket & parking purchases. Season Seat Holders & Mini Pack account holders will be contacted directly regarding account credit and refund options.

Ballpark Pass+: Reservations for impacted games made by Ballpark Pass+ members will automatically be cancelled. Ballpark Pass+ members will be contacted directly regarding a pro-rated refund for their April subscription.

Groups: For impacted games, customers will receive an account credit or refund equal to the purchased value of tickets & parking. Account credits can be applied to a future 2022 or 2023 group ticket purchase. Group ticket holders will be contacted directly regarding account credit and refund options.

Suites: Suite clients will be contacted directly by their Account Executive regarding their available options.

Single Game Tickets: Single-game ticket buyers, with the exception of Opening Day ticket holders, will receive a full refund for the purchased value of their game tickets and parking passes, including all service charges. Ticket buyers will be emailed directly regarding their refund.

Theme Nights: Ticket buyers who purchased a Theme Night ticket package to one of the impacted games will follow the Single-Game Tickets policy and receive priority access to any rescheduled Theme Night during the 2022 season.

Ticket Vouchers (including Kids Crew & Fan Appreciation): Fans holding an unredeemed voucher will be offered new game choices in place of impacted games. Ticket holders who redeemed a ticket voucher for an impacted game will receive new voucher code in their account to select a new game. Vouchers can be redeemed once new eligible dates are confirmed. Brewers Buddies Tickets: Brewers Buddies administrators who ordered tickets to impacted games will be contacted. Alternate date options will be made available.

Secondary Market Ticket Purchases: For tickets purchased via a reseller, please refer to the help section of the site from which you purchased your tickets for details. The Brewers are not responsible for and will not provide any refunds or exchanges for any ticket purchased via any secondary market reseller.
