Why should I buy a Ticket Pack over single game tickets?
If you are looking to go to more than one game during a season or want to bring up to eight friends or family with you to the ballpark, then Ticket Packs are a fantastic option. Ticket Packs offer savings, early access to purchase premium games, and more, all with the flexibility of adding or changing components of your experience. The more tickets you buy, the more savings you could receive!
How many tickets can I use per game?
You can select up to eight tickets for each game in your Ticket Pack, excluding Home Opener Night presented by TD (limit of four tickets).
How do exchanges work? Can I exchange at any time for any game?
You can exchange your tickets on your Blue Jays Account Manager free of charge for similarly priced tickets to the same or other games. If you would like to upgrade to a more expensive game or better seat location, you will pay the difference in cost between the new tickets and the tickets being exchanged. Kindly note that no credits or refunds will be applied to exchanges of tickets with a lower price-point. If I don’t like the seats I am assigned when I purchase my Ticket Pack, can I change them?
Yes. You may exchange your tickets for equivalently priced tickets to the same or other games, free of charge. You will have access to exchange tickets just prior to the season beginning and will receive updates via email.
Can I sit in different seat locations each game?
Yes. You can change your tickets to tickets located in a different seat location for any game. You can exchange your tickets for similarly priced tickets to the same or other games, free of charge. You can also exchange your tickets for higher priced tickets by paying the difference in cost between the new tickets and the tickets being exchanged.
Are there any limits on which games I can pick in my Ticket Pack?
You can select any games in our 2024 Schedule, including Home Opener Night presented by TD and Canada Day!
Can I add more tickets to my pack after I purchase it?
Yes! You can add additional tickets to your pack at any time. If you purchase additional tickets, and that purchase takes you into the next tier of Ticket Packs (e.g. if you originally purchased a 12+ Ticket Pack with twelve tickets, and then purchase an additional twelve tickets, bringing your total to twenty-four tickets), you will be able to purchase subsequent tickets at the discount price applicable to that higher Ticket Pack tier (e.g. in the above example, you will receive the 24+ Ticket Pack discount price on the purchase of your 25th and any other subsequent tickets).
