Join our Head Office team in these operations and program development roles that help design and support our on-going programs:

Senior Manager, Major Gifts and Planned Giving: Will focus on identifying, cultivating, soliciting and stewarding individuals donors to make transformative donations through annual donations, multi-year pledge commitments, estate planning and other financial vehicles. The Senior Manager will also support the strategy for the annual, monthly, mid-level and donor circle programs.

Coordinator, Government and Donor Relations: (Contract) Will play a key role in supporting Jays Care’s Philanthropy team by researching and prospecting new funding opportunities, writing donor proposals and reports, and assisting with donor stewardship initiatives.

Coordinator, Events: (Contract) Will coordinate on-site fundraising initiatives and events, support the development of individual and foundation donor cultivation and stewardship events, monitor the Jays Care events general inbox, and provide copy-editing and review support for various event materials.

RBI Spring Baseball for Development Head Coach: (Part-time, Contract) Will lead our 10 week inclusive baseball/softball afterschool program in schools across Toronto. Coaches are responsible for preparing and leading weekly practices and games that focus on promoting belonging and connection, are trauma sensitive and use variations to keep all students included. RBI Summer Edition Inclusion Coach: A summer seasonal role as a front-line activity leader creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for campers with diverse needs, including newcomers and those with accessibility requirements. The ideal candidate is at least 18 years old and has meaningful experience working with youth who are living with a disability, including but not limited challenges related to hearing, vision, learning, mental health and emotional regulation. Working at one of our 13 program sites in Toronto, the successful candidate will clearly demonstrate empathy and passion for working with youth. (Application Deadline: February 23, 2025)

RBI Summer Edition Activity Leader: A summer seasonal role as a front-line activity instructor for youth aged 6-13, leading engaging programming for groups of 20 campers at a time. The ideal candidate has at least completed high school by the start of the program and has great experience working with kids in a camp or after-school setting and has a passion for being active and outdoors. We are looking for experienced facilitators to work at one of our 13 Toronto program sites in the following areas: Creativity and Curiosity (e.g., arts and crafts, science experiments); Teams and Dreams (team-building games and challenges, leadership programming); Movement and Improvement (sport and play-based group games).
