Astros Fan Cutout Pick-Up FAQ

What days can I come pick up my cutout?
- 10/15 & 10/16 – Pick-Ups for Purchasers Last Name A-E
- 10/19 & 10/20 – Pick-Ups for Purchasers Last Name F-K
- 10/21 & 10/22 – Pick-Ups for Purchasers Last Name L-Q
- 10/23 & 10/26 – Pick-Ups for Purchasers Last Name R-Z
Please note, the pick-up schedule is organized by purchaser’s LAST name
How does pick-up work?
Contactless pick-up will take place in front of Union Station
- Cars pull up in the lane closest to the stadium on Crawford Street
- An Astros staff member will scan your barcode and collect all the cutouts associated with your email address regardless of the number of transactions made
- All of your cutouts, your 2019 ALCS Replica Rings, and your co-branded Astros/Houston Methodist face coverings will be delivered directly to your car
Can I have my cutout shipped?
Cutouts do not have the option to be shipped. All unclaimed cutouts will be recycled on October 31st.
Will I get my 2019 ALCS Replica Ring?
Yes, every cutout will come with an AL Champions Replica Ring and an Astros/Houston Methodist face covering. Rings, along with the cutouts and face coverings, must be picked up on one of your assigned days. Rings and face coverings not claimed during the pick-up process will be forfeited and will not be shipped.
I only received one barcode but purchased multiple cutouts. Where are my other barcodes?
Barcodes are issued by email address/purchaser. When your barcode is scanned, every cutout associated with your email address will appear so that the Astros Staff Member assisting you can collect all of your cutouts. So, if someone made multiple transactions or purchased multiple cutouts, everything will pull up under that one barcode.
What condition will my cutout be in?
The Astros cannot guarantee the condition of the cutout given the cutouts have been exposed to the elements – sun, rain, wind, hit by baseballs, etc.
What if I can’t make my assigned day?
Cutouts will need to be picked up on their assigned day, no exceptions.
If you cannot come on either of your assigned days, please find someone that can pick-up your cutouts for you on your assigned days. Be sure to forward them your barcode for pick-up. We will not be able to find your cutout without the barcode.
What will happen to my cutout if I can’t pick it up?
We will recycle all cutouts at the end of the month, on October 31, 2020. No exceptions.
Why can’t I pick up my cutout earlier?
MLB leads the activations for each postseason game and they have requested that our cutouts stay in the stadium for the NLDS, as we serve as one of the host locations. Please note that your cutout may get relocated at MLB’s direction and discretion.
