By using this ticket, holder, on their behalf and on behalf of any accompanying minor ("Minor") and other accompanying party who has authorized holder to act on their behalf in accepting applicable terms (with Minor, "Accompanying Parties"), agrees to terms & conditions, including an ARBITRATION AGREEMENT and a CLASS ACTION WAIVER, at www.mlb.com/all-star/tickets/terms-and-conditions ("License"), summarized below (License controls if any conflict). Holder and Accompanying Parties, collectively, "Holder".

RISK OF EXPOSURE TO COVID-19/OTHER COMMUNICABLE DISEASES EXISTS IN ANY PUBLIC PLACE REGARDLESS OF PRECAUTIONS. HOLDER AGREES TO ASSUME ALL RISKS OF COVID-19/OTHER COMMUNICABLE DISEASES AND COMPLY WITH ALL MLB/HOST VENUE POLICIES.

Holder will not transmit/aid in transmitting photos, videos, audio, livestreams or other accounts/descriptions (including play-by-play data, whether text, data or visual), in any media, about the event or related attractions (collectively, "Event"). Holder consents to and waives compensation for use of their image/personality rights. Holder consents to security searches/screening. MLB reserves the right to revoke the license granted by this ticket and refuse admission/eject anyone who (a) violates License terms; (b) has dangerous, hazardous, inappropriate and/or injurious item(s); (c) appears to be/is intoxicated; (d) engages in improper, disorderly or unbecoming conduct; (e) uses vulgar or abusive language; or (f) poses health/safety risk to others. Holder is subject to seat relocation at MLB's sole discretion.

Holder acknowledges and voluntarily assumes all risks of attending the Event, including, without limitation, contracting COVID-19/other communicable disease. Holder releases and covenants not to sue MLB-related entities ("MLB Entities"), ticket provider, and successors, assigns, players, managers, coaches, employees, partners, members, directors, officers, owners, agents, representatives, licensees, sponsors, vendors and contractors (collectively, "Releasees"), from claims arising out of the Event, even if due to the sole/joint/comparative negligence or strict liability of Releasees ("Released Claims") and will INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD HARMLESS Releasees from and against Released Claims.

HOLDER IS DEEMED TO HAVE GIVEN FULL RELEASE OF LIABILITY TO RELEASEES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. IF HOLDER CANNOT AGREE ON BEHALF OF ACCOMPANYING PARTIES, THEY MUST LEAVE THE EVENT.

ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THIS TICKET SHALL BE SETTLED BY MANDATORY, CONFIDENTIAL, FINAL, BINDING ARBITRATION. HOLDER MAY NOT JOIN/CONSOLIDATE CLAIMS IN ARBITRATION OR ARBITRATE AS A REPRESENTATIVE MEMBER OF A PUTATIVE CLASS OR IN A PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL CAPACITY. DISPUTES SHALL BE ARBITRATED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, AND NOT AS A CLASS ACTION, REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION OR SIMILAR PROCEEDING. THE ARBITRATOR SHALL HAVE SOLE AUTHORITY TO DETERMINE THE VALIDITY OR ENFORCEABILITY OF THIS ARBITRATION AGREEMENT.

THE FOREGOING PARAGRAPH SHALL NOT BE CONSTRUED TO LIMIT THE CLASS ACTION WAIVER TO ARBITRATION. HOLDER WAIVES THE RIGHT TO A CLASS ACTION BEFORE ANY COMPETENT JURISDICTION.

This ticket is valid only for this Event. If the Event is cancelled or suspended, this ticket will have no value.
