Globe Life Field:

All entrances at Globe Life Field are accessible. If you require additional mobility assistance, please contact a nearby Guest Service Representative or Security Guard to assist. Complimentary wheelchair escort service is available to assist fans between the gates and their ticketed seats.

Capital One All-Star Village:

All entrances into All-Star Village are accessible. If you require additional mobility assistance, please contact a nearby Guest Service Representative or Security Guard to assist.

ADA parking is available in all general admission Rangers parking lots on a first come, first served basis. Please note, there is not an option to select ADA parking when pre-purchasing online.

Complementary shuttle service for Guests with accessible needs is available to and from the parking lots to the gates. We request only the guest with the need and one other member of the party use the shuttle. The Accessible shuttle service is available when lots open (generally 30 minutes prior to gates opening) and continues for approximately 30 minutes following the conclusion of the game. Service will be provided in the order that calls are received.

Globe Life Field:

Globe Life Field provides all fans requesting Accessible Seating with exceptional sightlines and adequate space to enjoy a Rangers game or special event in comfort. All of Globe Life Field’s Accessible Seating locations are as follows: Sections 2, 4, 5, 8, 11, 16, 19, 21, 24, 25, 28, 31, 101, 105, 109, 111, 115, 117, 120, 124, 127, 128, 129, 132, 135, 137, 140, 142, Sky Box 2, 201, 207, 209, 211, 212, 213, 221, 222, 226, 228, 231, 232, 237, 241, 244.

Capital One All-Star Village:

There is accessible seating available throughout All-Star Village including at eSports Stadium Arlington, at the food court on the North Lawn, and within Choctaw Stadium.

Globe Life Field:

Globe Life Field has a retractable roof and air conditioning to maintain a comfortable environment for fans.

Capital One All-Star Village:

• There will be multiple air-conditioned spaces and cooling structures located throughout Capital One All-Star Village.

Choctaw Stadium:

• Capital One Lounge (only available to Capital One cardholders)

Globe Life Field:

Amplification devices for fans with hearing impairments are available at Guest Services on the Main Concourse behind section 101. A valid ID must be left in exchange for the Assistive Listening Device.

Globe Life Field:

The Rangers are pleased to offer closed captioning of the public address announcements here at Globe Life Field. The closed-captioning transcript can be viewed on both the Left Field and Right Field video ribbons.

In addition to the closed captioning available at many All-Star events, fans can also enable captioning on their mobile devices.

Enable Captioning on Apple/iOS device:

1. Go to Settings
2. Select Accessibility
3. Scroll down to the section labeled "Hearing" and select Live Captions
4. Tap the toggle to turn on "Live Captions (Beta)"
5. You can customize the text, size and color of all captions by selecting the "Appearance"

Enable Captioning for your Android device:

1. Go to Settings
2. Select Accessibility
3. Select caption preferences
4. Tap "Show captions"

Fans who have dietary restrictions are welcome to bring their own food, but they must abide by our outside food policy.

Outside food is allowed inside Globe Life Field and Capital One All-Star Village as long as it is inside a sealed clear quart sized (or less) plastic bag. Fans may also bring in a sealed non-flavored water (plastic bottle and up to 1 liter). One bag of food and one bottle of water per ticket will be permitted. Additional exceptions will be made for dietary concerns and infants.

Capital One All-Star Village:

For the convenience of fans with accessible needs or strollers, Choctaw Stadium has an elevator location at Section 27 along the main concourse.

All-Star Experience Team staff and Globe Life Field Guest Service Representatives have been trained in evacuation procedures. Should an emergency evacuation occur, emergency information will be displayed on the video boards and announced on the assistive listening devices and the public address systems.

Globe Life Field:

Family Restrooms are designated for families and fans with disabilities who require private accommodations or additional assistance. Family restrooms are located at Sections 3, 10, 18, 24, 102, 111, 123, 127, 130, 133, 201, 208, 214, 224, 231, 235, S201, PS201, CS235, PS208, HOF203.

Globe Life Field:

You can find two First Aid rooms in Globe Life Field, located behind Section 101 on the Main Concourse across from Guest Services, and behind Sections 203/204 on the Upper Concourse.

Capital One All-Star Village:

There are a total of four First Aid locations within Capital One All-Star Village. Two will be located in Choctaw Stadium: one on the field and one on the main concourse. Two additional locations are at Esports Stadium Arlington and on East Road to Six Flags.

Globe Life Field:

Should you require any additional information or assistance, please visit our Guest Services Locations on the Main Concourse behind Section 101, Lower Concourse at Section 3, Suite Level by the Northeast Entry, and on the Upper Concourse Section 228. The Guest Services Representatives will assist you with all questions, concerns, lost and found items, fan suggestions, and lost children/partners.

Capital One All-Star Village:

Info Booths can be found throughout All-Star Village including at the following locations:

• Choctaw Stadium: inside the 1st base entrance, inside the 3rd base entrance, outside the home planet entrance, and on the field near the Play Ball Diamond
• North Lawn: near the cooling tent
• eSports Stadium Arlington: inside the main entrance

Globe Life Field:

For convenience and privacy, there are several Mother's Rooms throughout Globe Life Field.

Capital One All-Star Village:

There is an Infant Feeding Room inside Choctaw Stadium near the First Base Gate.

Globe Life Field:

Noise canceling headphones can be found at Guest Services on the Main Concourse behind section 101 of Globe Life Field.

Capital One All-Star Village:

Fans are encouraged to check out the Sensory Activation Vehicle Mobile Sensory Room located within Choctaw Stadium to receive a sensory bag or to have access to a quiet space.

Tickets in Accessible Seating Areas can be purchased by calling the Rangers ticketing team at 972-RANGERS (972-726-4377) or the All-Star Tickets page. On the website be sure to click the Accessible Seating toggle to show the available accessible seating options.

Globe Life Field:

Sensory Room

Located just inside the Toyota Southwest Entrance, our Sensory Room provides a safe and quiet area where fans can decompress if they are starting to feel overwhelmed or overstimulated.

Fans at Globe Life Field can access the Sensory Room by asking for assistance from any Guest Services Representative who will direct them to the Sensory Room. A dedicated Guest Services Representative will be at the Sensory Room to greet the fans and remain outside the room for assistance.

Fans can use the Sensory Room for up to 15 minutes or longer if there is no other fan waiting to use the room.

Sensory Bags

We are proud to partner with KultureCity and offer sensory bags at our Guest Services location on the Main Concourse behind section 101. Sensory bags are cleaned between uses and include noise-canceling headphones, fidget toys, and a feeling thermometer.

Capital One All-Star Village:

Sensory Activation Vehicle Mobile Sensory Room

There will also be a KultureCity Sensory Activation Vehicle Mobile Sensory Room located in All-Star Village between the North Lawn and Choctaw Stadium.

Sensory Bags

Sensory bags will also be available in All-Star Village just outside Choctaw Stadium (near the North Lawn) at the Sensory Activation Vehicle Mobile Sensory Room.

Service Animals are welcome at All-Star Week. In keeping with U.S. ADA regulations, disabled fans may use either a dog or a miniature horse that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the fan. The work or tasks performed by the service animal must be directly related to the fan’s disability. As such, animals that solely provide emotional support or companionship to a fan will not be permitted inside the ballpark.

Fans are welcome to bring their strollers, wheelchairs and walkers to MLB All-Star Week. However, their use must not limit fan movement or block aisles. Collapsible, umbrella strollers can be stored underneath your seat.

Globe Life Field:

There are water fountains throughout the concourses of Globe Life Field.

Capital One All-Star Village:

In addition to the fountains throughout the facilities, there will be multiple water-refill stations located throughout All-Star Village.

Choctaw Stadium:

Please note that Capital One All-Star Village is a large event footprint which might have great distances between some activities and attractions. It is outdoors and situated across city streets and pathways as well as some travel over natural terrain and terrain designed for motor vehicles.
