Rain Check Policy

FOR REGULAR SEASON HOME GAMES ("GAME(S)"):

Tickets are not subject to any refund and shall bear no cash value.

In the event a regulation game (as defined by MLB) is not played, the ticket will constitute a rain check that can be either: (a) used for admission to the rescheduled Game, if any, subject to certain doubleheader limitations; or (b) exchanged for a ticket comparable in price and location to another, similar Game within 12 months of the originally scheduled Game, subject to availability.

Subject to the foregoing: (a) a rain check for a Premium Game can be exchanged for a ticket comparable in price and location to any other Game (including any Premium Game) within 12 months of the originally scheduled Premium Game; and (b) a rain check for any non-Premium Game can only be exchanged for a ticket comparable in price and location to another non-Premium Game within 12 months of the originally scheduled non-Premium Game.

For the 2024 regular season, "Premium Games" are the following Games: (a) Opening Day home game; (b) Old-Timers' Day Game; (c) all home games against the Boston Red Sox, Los Angeles Dodgers and New York Mets; and (d) select home games on June 22, 2024, July 20, 2024, August 3, 2024 and August 10, 2024.

ONLINE TICKET EXCHANGES ONLY: Beginning seven days after the rescheduled game, tickets can be exchanged online only through an existing or newly created My Yankees Account using the same email address that was used to buy the tickets. Tickets cannot be exchanged in-person at the Yankee Stadium Ticket Office. Anyone attempting to exchange tickets at the Yankee Stadium Ticket Office will be directed to the online process.

Tickets Purchased from the Yankees or Ticketmaster:

Tickets for the rescheduled Game can be exchanged ONLINE ONLY via My Yankees Account in accordance with the exchange policy set forth above. For additional information or assistance, please email [email protected].

Complimentary tickets (COMP) or equivalent tickets bear no cash value and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for any benefits that may be offered to ticket(s) with a dollar value. Fans holding complimentary tickets for postponed Games can only use their tickets for the rescheduled Game (if applicable). For additional information or assistance, please email [email protected].

Tickets Purchased from Secondary Market:

Tickets for the rescheduled Game can be: (a) exchanged ONLINE ONLY via My Yankees Account in accordance with the exchange policy set forth above, only after the rescheduled Game has been played; or (b) posted for resale on StubHub, on or before the rescheduled Game date.

Tickets purchased from the Secondary Market can only be exchanged for a ticket to another, similar Game (i.e., Premium Game exchanged for any Game and non-Premium Game exchanged only for a non-Premium Game) and will only receive a credit for the established price (i.e., the price fixed at the time of sale by the Yankees for admission to the Stadium and printed or endorsed on each ticket), regardless of the price paid for the ticket(s) on the Secondary Market.

Complimentary tickets (COMP) or equivalent tickets purchased via the Secondary Market are not eligible for exchange.

In the event the rescheduled Game is part of a single admission doubleheader, secondary market purchasers must contact the original point of purchase and the ticket(s) cannot be exchanged by the New York Yankees.

Tickets purchased from StubHub only:

In the event the rescheduled Game is part of a single admission doubleheader, StubHub purchasers will receive a refund for the full amount paid for the ticket(s) and those tickets are not eligible for exchange.

For all Ticket purchases:

IN NO EVENT WILL THE YANKEES BE LIABLE TO THE TICKET HOLDER AND/OR TICKET PURCHASER FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUES OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES EVEN IF THE YANKEES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TICKET HOLDERS AND/OR TICKET PURCHASERS AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM, OR CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THE TICKETS SHALL BE SETTLED BY MANDATORY, CONFIDENTIAL, FINAL, AND BINDING ARBITRATION HELD IN NEW YORK, NEW YORK. TICKET HOLDERS AND/OR TICKET PURCHASERS AND THE YANKEES SHALL NOT BE ENTITLED TO JOIN OR CONSOLIDATE CLAIMS IN ARBITRATION BY OR AGAINST OTHER INDIVIDUALS OR ENTITIES, OR ARBITRATE AS A REPRESENTATIVE MEMBER OF A PUTATIVE CLASS OR IN A PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL CAPACITY.
