Know Before You Go
Address: Ramova is located at 3520 S. Halsted Street.
Parking/Shuttle: The Chicago White Sox will offer complimentary SoxFest Live attendee parking at Rate Field’s Lot C (enter via 34th and Shields). A free shuttle will be available to Ramova Theatre on both evenings, running every 15 minutes from 3 - 10:15 p.m. and will depart on the :00, :15, :30, and :45 of each hour. Lots at Rate Field close at 10:30 p.m.
Public Transit: The Halsted bus conveniently runs at the corner of Halsted and 35th St. The venue also is six blocks west of Rate Field (about .8 mile), where the 35th St. Red Line stop is located.
Ride Share: We strongly encourage ride sharing.

MVP Experience Presented by Rate Black Carpet: 4:25 p.m.
General Admission Doors Open: 5 p.m.
Entry to the Venue
All attendees should enter through the Theatre's main entrance under the marquee. While General Admission purchasers will form a line north toward 35th St., MVP Experience Presented by Rate purchasers can enter the venue via the main entrance’s south most doors beginning at 4 p.m. Please have your ID and ticket on your phone ready to scan!

The event’s reimagined format focuses heavily on live player programming and entertainment scheduled on the main stage. Autographs are not guaranteed. Please review for a list of prohibited items, including bats balls and other memorabilia.
A wristband will be provided to each fan for one exclusive meet-and-greet session. Wristbands will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, with scheduled player appearances posted at the event.
ADA Accessibility & Seating
SoxFest Live will offer a mix of seating and standing options for General Admission areas. The Theatre is a wheelchair accessible space with an entrance on the ground level. Fans requiring assistance with entry must alert an At Your Service representative upon arrival.

What is SoxFest Live at Ramova?
SoxFest Live, presented by Rate, Beggars Pizza, Blue Moon and Wintrust Financial Corporation, returns in a new reimagined event format that transforms the traditional fan convention into an immersive fan experience. Held in the heart of Chicago’s Bridgeport neighborhood at the historic Ramova Theatre, this year’s event promises a unique blend of entertainment, interactive experiences with players and White Sox greats, and celebration of seasons’ past and those ahead.
What makes this year’s SoxFest Live event different?
In addition to hearing from members of the 2025 White Sox clubhouse, new Manager Will Venable and the front office, fans will enjoy an evening on stage full of entertaining programming centered around players and their personalities both on and off the field. Launching the season-long celebration of the White Sox 125th anniversary, the schedule will feature programming with special guests from some of the White Sox most memorable eras, including the 2005 World Series Championship team. Guests will have opportunities to meet current players and White Sox greats throughout the venue. SoxFest Live at Ramova will be an extraordinary, up-close fan event to start the new year.
When and where will SoxFest Live be held?
SoxFest Live will be held at the Ramova Theatre, a historic gem in the Bridgeport neighborhood just down the street from the ballpark, on Friday, January 24 and Saturday, January 25, 2025. Its intimate setting introduces an exclusive fan event, creating an experience where attendees can further connect with the team.
How can I secure my tickets?
General admission tickets, as well as premium tickets for the MVP Experience, Presented by Rate, go on sale Tuesday, November 26 at 12 p.m. CT, through Etix on the Ramova Theatre website, ramovachicago.com. White Sox season ticket holders will have access to an exclusive SoxFest Live presale, offering specially priced tickets beginning on Tuesday at 9 a.m. CT, while supplies last. Will there still be opportunities for player autographs and photos?
Fans will have opportunities for meet and greets with White Sox players and greats at various locations throughout the venue. However, the event's reimagined format will focus heavily on live player programming and entertainment scheduled on the main stage. Autographs are not guaranteed.
Can I bring items to be autographed?
Bats, balls and other memorabilia are not permitted inside the theatre. The Ramova Theatre bag policy allows guests to bring in bags no larger than 12” x 12” x 6.” Select items, including baseball cards, photos and hats that fit inside these bag dimensions, will be permitted. What activities can I expect at SoxFest Live?
SoxFest Live at Ramova will feature a full evening of on-stage programming and activities throughout the theatre, including:
- Conversations with current players, franchise greats, coaches and broadcasters
- Celebrations of the 20th anniversary of the 2005 White Sox World Series Championship team and the 125th anniversary of the White Sox organization
- Live music and performances and other local Chicago entertainment

What is the SoxFest Kids Camp?
New to the SoxFest Live weekend, the White Sox will hold a Kids Camp, presented by Wintrust Junior Savers Club®, on Saturday, January 25 at 2 p.m. at the Chicago Park District’s ComEd Rec Center near Pilsen. Young baseball and softball players are invited to learn from the White Sox Elite coaching staff that includes former players and coaches from some of the area’s top travel programs. Rotating through a series of fun and instructional baseball activities, such as hitting, pitching and fielding drills, participants also will meet White Sox players scheduled to attend. Registration is $35 and opens on Tuesday, November 26 at whitesox.com/soxfestlive.
