Twins make final roster moves, Opening Day roster set

ST. LOUIS, MO – The Minnesota Twins announced today that they have selected the contract of right-handed pitcher Randy Dobnak, returned Rule 5 selection and right-handed pitcher Eiberson Castellano to the Philadelphia Phillies, and placed the following players on the Injured List: infielders Brooks Lee (10-day, retroactive to March 24; lumbar strain) and Royce Lewis (10-day, retroactive to March 24; left hamstring strain), and right-handed pitchers Brock Stewart (15-day, retroactive to March 24; left hamstring strain) and Michael Tonkin (15-day, retroactive to March 24; right shoulder strain).

The Twins 26-man Opening Day roster is now set with 13 pitchers and 13 position players:

PITCHERS (13): RHP Jorge Alcala, LHP Danny Coulombe, RHP Randy Dobnak, RHP Jhoan Duran, RHP Griffin Jax, RHP Pablo López, RHP Bailey Ober, RHP Chris Paddack, RHP Joe Ryan, RHP Cole Sands, RHP Justin Topa, RHP Louie Varland and RHP Simeon Woods Richardson

CATCHERS (2): Ryan Jeffers and Christian Vázquez
