Eligibility: This Bud's for the Troops Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States who, as of the time of entry, are twenty-one (21) years of age or older and are personally acquainted with an active duty or veteran member of the United States Armed Forces whom the entrant will nominate, as described below. Employees, officers and directors of MLB Advanced Media, L.P. ("Sponsor"), the other MLB Entities (as defined below), teamDigital Promotions, Inc. ("Administrator"), Anheuser-Busch, LLC and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, governors, related entities, partners, partnerships, principals, licensees, sponsors, and advertising/promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, "Released Parties"), wholesale distributors and retail licensees, and the immediate family members (parent, spouse, sibling, or child, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in the same household of each (whether or not related) are not eligible to participate or win. The "MLB Entities" shall mean Sponsor, the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball ("BOC"), its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., The MLB Network, LLC, the Major League Baseball Clubs ("Clubs"), each of their parent, subsidiary, affiliated and related entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Clubs or the BOC, and the owners, general and limited partners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees and agents of the foregoing entities. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local rules and regulations. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, and where prohibited or restricted by law, rule or regulation.
Promotion Period: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on 5/25/2021 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on 7/5/21 (the "Promotion Period").
How to Participate: During the Promotion Period, you may enter the Sweepstakes when you visit mlb.com/Troops ("Website") and click on the applicable Sweepstakes banners, buttons and/or links to access the online Sweepstakes entry form (the "Entry Form"). Follow the instructions provided to fully complete and submit the Entry Form, inclusive of the name of a person you wish to nominate, subject to the Nomination Guidelines (as defined below). The person you nominate ("Nominee") must: (a) as of the start of the Promotion Period, be an active duty or veteran member of the United States Armed Forces and at least twenty-one (21) years of age and (b) have granted you permission to submit his/her name and other personal information as a Nominee (collectively, the "Nomination Guidelines"). Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may require entrant to verify such permission. By successfully completing and submitting the Entry Form, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) entry per person and per valid e-mail address per day of the Promotion Period. Additional entries from any one (1) person or valid e-mail address in excess of the stated limitation will be void.

There is no purchase required to register for MyCooler Sweepstakes.
- Email: To receive one (1) Bonus Entry without signing up for a MyCooler Rewards Account or MyCooler Sweepstakes Account , send an email from the email address used on the Entry Form as described above with subject line "This Bud's For the Troops Sweepstakes Entry" to [email protected] and include in the body of such email the following information: your full name, street address, city, state, zip code, telephone number (including area code), date of birth, and the following statement "I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the Sweepstakes Official Rules." Email Bonus Entries will not receive a reply or acknowledgement.
Limit one (1) Bonus Entry per person throughout the Promotion Period, regardless of method of entry.

Entrants must fully complete and submit all non-optional data requested on the Entry Form to be eligible. Incomplete entries are void. Entrants to the Sweepstakes will be given the option to receive commercial e-mails from Sponsor and/or Anheuser-Busch, LLC; however, eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes is not dependent upon entrant's consent to receive such e-mails and consenting to receive such e-mails does not impact entrant's chances of winning. By entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant gives his/her express permission to be contacted by the Administrator and/or Sponsor by telephone and/or email for Sweepstakes administration purposes only. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, incomplete, late, delayed, inaccurate, misdirected, stolen, undelivered, or garbled entries, Bonus Entries, or email; failures or malfunctions of phones, phone lines or telephone systems; lost entries, or transmissions; any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in transmission, or communication; interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), cable, satellite or other connections including those through and/or by any website; miscommunications, failed computer hardware or software or technical failures; non-delivery; misdirected, blocked, or delayed e-mail notifications; garbled, misrouted, jumbled, scrambled, delayed or misdirected transmissions; printing, typographical or other errors appearing within these Official Rules, in any Sweepstakes-related advertisements or other materials; or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human, telephone, electronic, or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, or downloading of materials from or use of the website, including, without limitation, the cancellation or postponement of any Major League Baseball game, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, Bonus Entries, or email or the announcement of prizes. Administrator and/or Sponsor, as applicable, reserve(s) the right, in their sole discretion, to void any and all entries of an entrant who Administrator and/or Sponsor, as applicable, believes has attempted to tamper with, corrupt, or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes or who is otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules. The use of automated entry or similar devices to participate or subvert the entry process is prohibited and all entries through such devices are void. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of any entrant, such entrant will be deemed, as the person named on the applicable Entry Form.
Winner Selection/Notification: On or about 7/6/2021, a random drawing (a "Prize Drawing") will be conducted to select one (1) potential winner from among all eligible entries and Bonus Entries received throughout the duration of the Promotion Period. The Prize Drawing will be conducted by Administrator, an independent sweepstakes management company. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, the potential winner and his/her Nominee will be declared the two (2) official winners of the Sweepstakes. The potential winners may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and (where legal) Publicity Release within two (2) days of date of issuance. The winners' guest(s) must be at least 21 years of age. In the event that any selected potential winner declines the prize, is not eligible to accept a prize, does not comply with the terms of these Official Rules or if Administrator is unable to contact them, such potential winner's prize opportunity will be forfeited and Administrator, at its sole discretion and time permitting, may randomly select an alternate potential winner from among all remaining eligible entries received throughout the duration of the Promotion Period. Odds of winning a prize will depend on the total number of eligible entries and Bonus Entries received throughout the duration of the Promotion Period. The decisions of Sponsor and/or Administrator, as applicable, will be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.
Two (2) Grand Prizes: Each Grand Prize winner will receive a 2-day/1-night trip for winner and one (1) guest to attend one (1) game of the 2021 World Series ("World Series Game"), as determined by Sponsor at Sponsor's sole discretion. Prize package consists of round-trip coach class air transportation for winner and his/her guest between a major U.S. airport nearest winner's residence in the U.S. and the host city of the World Series Game ("WS Host City"); (1) night hotel accommodations (i.e. one (1) standard, double occupancy room) in the WS Host City at a hotel to be determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion; two (2) tickets for the winner and his/her guest to attend the World Series Game; and if the opportunity is available, Nominee only has the chance to be on the field holding the flag for the singing of the national anthem prior to the start of the World Series Game (collectively, the "Grand Prize"). (Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Grand Prize: $3,000.
Actual value of each prize will vary depending on each winner's city of departure and location of the prize event (and no additional compensation or substitution will be awarded for difference in prize value). Tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions specified thereon. If, for any reason, tickets to the 2021 World Series Game are unavailable, Sponsor has the right to provide an alternate prize of comparable ARV and will have no further obligation to winner. All prize details, including but not limited to game/event date and seat locations shall be determined in the sole and absolute discretion of Administrator and/or Sponsor, as applicable. Sponsor and Administrator, in their sole discretion, reserve the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation if a winner resides within one hundred (100) miles of the applicable prize destination (and no additional compensation or substitution will be awarded for difference in prize value). Each trip must be taken on dates specified by Administrator or prize will be forfeited and, at Administrator's discretion and time permitting, an alternate potential winner may be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries received. If the designated game/exhibition or any other prize-related activity(s) is canceled or postponed for any reason, the travel portion of the prize will be awarded and Administrator will substitute the canceled/postponed activity(s) with an item(s)/activity(s) of comparable or greater value as determined solely by Administrator. Travel and hotel accommodation restrictions apply. Travel arrangements must be made through Administrator's agent and on a carrier of Administrator's choice. Winners and their guest(s) are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents prior to travel and must have no impediment to entering the city at which applicable prize events will take place. Winners and his/her guest(s) must travel together on the same itinerary. Major League Baseball games, events and exhibition dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the BOC and/or the applicable Club, as applicable, and may be subject to change. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as part of any prize will govern in the event a legal game, event or exhibition, as defined by Major League Baseball, is not played or held, as applicable, due to weather conditions, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance or any other reason. The winners and guest(s) agree to comply with all applicable ballpark and venue, as applicable, regulations in connection with the prize. Sponsor and the applicable MLB Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to any winner and/or his/her guest(s) who engage(s) in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the game, event or exhibition. Released Parties will not be responsible for weather conditions; acts of God; acts of terrorism; civil disturbances; local, state, or federal regulation, order, or policy; work stoppage; epidemic, pandemic, or any other issue concerning public health or safety; or any other event outside of their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition. Major League Baseball game, event and exhibition tickets awarded as prizes may not be resold or offered for resale or used for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. Any such resale or commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture, and may invalidate the license granted by the game, event or exhibition ticket(s). Total ARV of all prizes awarded: $6,000.
Miscellaneous: No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of a prize (or any portion thereof) permitted except by Sponsor who may substitute prize (or any portion thereof) with a prize of comparable or greater value at its sole and absolute discretion. Each winner is responsible for all income, federal, state and local taxes as well as any other costs or expenses associated with prize acceptance, including but not limited to ground transportation, meals, gratuities, baggage fees, and other expenses. Non-compliance with any of the foregoing or these Official Rules, the inability to contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period, failure to return such documents within the specified time period, or the return of the prize or prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and, time permitting, awarding of prize to an alternate winner, at Administrator's sole discretion. By participating, each entrant agrees (1) to be bound by these Official Rules, (2) that Sponsor, the MLB Entities and each of their respective designees shall have the right and permission to use (unless prohibited by law) entrant's name, voice, address (city and state of residence), photograph and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, promotional and/or trade and/or any other purpose in any and all media or format now known or hereafter devised throughout the world, in perpetuity, without limitation and without further compensation, consideration, permission or notification to entrants or any third parties; and (3) that the Released Parties and each of their respective employees, agents, representatives, licensors, successors and assigns shall have no liability and will be held harmless for any liability, loss, injury or damages of any kind, including, without limitation, personal injury, death or damage to personal or real property, to entrant or any other person or entity due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize (or any portion thereof) (including any travel or activity related thereto) and/or participation in this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, terminate or suspend this Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) should viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper operation of the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) or for any other reason and, in the event of termination, at its discretion, to randomly select a potential winner from among those eligible, non-suspect entries received during the Promotion Period prior to event requiring such termination. Administrator and/or Sponsor, as applicable, reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any person and void all associated entries of any person who they believe has tampered with, or attempted to tamper with or impair, the entry process, or any other component of this Sweepstakes, whose conduct or actions affect or impair the administration, integrity, security, fairness or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, or who is in violation of these Official Rules. Released Parties (a) make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning the prizes (or any portion thereof), and (b) disclaim any implied warranty. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES IN ANY WAY, OR UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES, MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, ADMINISTRATOR, SPONSOR, AND/OR EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS WILL DISQUALIFY ANY ENTRANT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT AND RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES) AND ANY AND ALL REMEDIES AVAILABLE FROM ANY PERSON OR PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW.
Arbitration: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, each Sweepstakes participant agrees that (a) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or the prizes awarded, shall be (i) arbitrated on an individual basis only and shall not be consolidated or joined with or in any arbitration or other proceeding involving a Claim of any other party, and (ii) settled by binding arbitration in New York County, New York before a single arbitrator appointed by JAMS in accordance with its then governing rules and procedures, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered by any court having jurisdiction thereof; and (b) under no circumstance will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses. For New Jersey residents, the limitations set forth above may be inapplicable where attorneys' fees, court costs, or other damages are mandated by statute.
Choice of Law: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of New York, USA.
