Digital Transfer Options

There are two ways to transfer your digital tickets to partners, friends, and family.

Option 1: Season Ticket Partner Transfer Form

  • The Partner Transfer Form allows you to designate your partners and the games they will be receiving for the 2025 season.
  • Games will be moved to each partner’s account, allowing them to return, transfer and purchase their own tickets during the season.
  • Ideal for season ticket groups who share many tickets among multiple partners.
  • Visit the Transfer FAQs for further details.

Option 2: Manual Transfer

  • Transferring tickets through the Ballpark app or your My Rockies Account allows you to send your tickets to other fans via email or text invite.
  • After accepting the invite, the recipient will not be able to manage their tickets themselves, and it must be transferred back to the primary to be returned.
  • Ideal for sending single games to friends, family, or employees in one-off scenarios.

Partner Transfer Form Frequently Asked Questions

  • Why should I submit a partner transfer form?

    • Submitting a partner transfer form allows you to give your partners greater autonomy over their tickets, including access to ticket returns, personal account credits, and discounted tickets. No longer will you have to act as an intermediary for your partners to complete these actions, saving everyone time and hassle.
  • Where can I find my partners’ account numbers?

    • Your partners will be able to find their account number and the associated email address on the MLB Ballpark app. To do so click on the Home tab, click on My Profile in the left corner (pictured below), click on My Ticket Accounts, and find the email and account listed under Colorado Rockies. Partners will then report this information to the season ticket holder to use on the form. We recommend documenting this information for future use as account numbers do not change.

  • What do I do if my partner doesn’t have an account?

    • If your partner has followed the steps listed above and cannot find a linked account in the Ballpark app, please contact the VIP Hotline at 303-312-2222 (Mon – Fri, 9-5), and we can assist you in searching.
  • I submitted my form but I found a mistake. How can I edit my form?

  • My partner has an incorrect game, what should I do?

  • My group splits seats for all or some games, how do I fill out a form?

    • You can use the Partner Transfer Form if your group splits tickets up within your Season Ticket block for games. Further details on how to do this will be provided once the form is available for the 2025 season.
  • My partners have made partial or zero game selections, when should I submit my form?

    • Only submit your form once you have received all of your partners’ game selections. Form submission is final, and you will not be able to go back and edit a blank or partial form once submitted.
  • How will I know that my form was submitted and received?

    • After submitting your form, you will receive an automatic confirmation email with a copy of your responses. If you did not receive this email, your form was not submitted.
  • What should I do if I have more partners than allowed on one form?

    • If you have more partners than fit on one form, please submit a second, third, etc. form as needed.
  • I submitted my form, when will it be finished?

    • Your form will be completed within 7-10 business days.
  • How will I know when my transfers have been completed?

    • Upon completion of your partner transfers, both you and your partners will receive a notification email from [email protected].
  • If I have missed the March 24 deadline, can I still submit a form?

    • Yes, forms can be submitted at any point during the season, even after the deadline to have it completed by opening day has passed. In this scenario we recommend manually transferring your opening series tickets to your partners to ensure that they can attend said games.
  • Should I assign myself games on the form?

    • Do Not assign yourself games as a partner. Any games not transferred to partners are automatically kept in the primary owner’s account.
  • Will parking be transferred as well?

    • Yes, if you have parking for the season, each pass will be transferred with its appropriate game.
  • If I have purchased additional tickets for a game will those be transferred as well?

    • No, only your season ticket seats will be transferred to your partners.
  • What should I do if I have already manually transferred some games to partners?

    • If you would like these games to be transferred via the form, your partner will need to transfer the tickets back to your account first. If you are fine leaving the tickets as being transferred this way, simply ignore these games when filling out the form.
  • Will this give my partners access to my account?

    • No, your partners will only be able to access and manage their account and their selected games. Offseason ticket decisions such as seat movement, or renewing are at the sole discretion of the primary account owner.
