Q: What is the Silver Sluggers program?
A: The Silver Sluggers program is designed for individuals ages 55 and older. The package includes 12 tickets.
Q: Where are the Silver Sluggers seats located?
A: All seating is shaded and protected seats. Seating is in the upper rows of Outfield Box (116 & 117, 144-147), Midfield Box (142-143), and Outfield Club (244-245).
Q: What games can I redeem with the Silver Sluggers program?
A: View eligible Silver Sluggers games (PDF).
Q: What happens with my initial investment?
A: Your initial investment turns into Silver Sluggers vouchers that you can use to exchange for tickets.
Q: Can I exchange vouchers for one seating area in a different location?
A: You cannot exchange vouchers from a package in different seating areas. If you would like to sit in multiple areas, you will need to purchase a package for each seating area you would like to sit in. For example, if you purchase the Outfield Box package, you cannot exchange your vouchers for the Midfield Box. You would need to purchase a Midfield Box package to exchange vouchers in that seating area.
Q: Once I purchase the Silver Sluggers program, when can I select my games and reserve my seats?
A: Once you purchase your Silver Sluggers package, you will have to sign out of your account and log back in to gain access to voucher redemption via My Rockies Account. After that, you will have access to select all of your games and reserve your seats.
Q: How far in advance do I need to reserve my seats prior to the game I want to attend?
A: You can reserve your seats right up to game time. However, depending on the popularity of a particular game, seats and/or ticket quantities in a certain area are not guaranteed for the game you want to attend.
Q: How do I access my tickets?
A: All Rockies Silver Sluggers tickets are mobile only. For complete information on how to access your tickets via your mobile device, check out our Mobile Ticket page; however, tickets are not currently available for viewing or managing.
Q: Can I redeem my vouchers for parking?
A: Vouchers cannot be redeemed for parking; however, you can purchase Silver Sluggers $17 discounted parking in Lot B for each game. The purchase does need to be done in advance online and not at the parking lot entrance.
Q: Can I exchange tickets I've already selected?
A: Please make your selections carefully as Silver Sluggers tickets are NOT eligible for exchange.
Q: Can I forward my tickets?
A: Yes. Silver Sluggers tickets are available to forward digitally. Complete information on how to forward your tickets digitally can be found on our Mobile Ticket page. Forwarding options will not be available until March.
Q: How many vouchers can I redeem per game?
A: You can reserve up to 8 tickets with your vouchers per eligible game.
Q: Can I add additional vouchers to my account once I run out?
A: Once you use all of your initial Silver Sluggers vouchers, you can purchase additional Silver Sluggers tickets for a discounted rate. Log into your My Account to purchase additional tickets
Q: Can I use my Silver Sluggers vouchers to redeem for Rockies Suites, Party Facilities, Groups or Power Tickets?
A: No, your Silver Sluggers vouchers cannot be used to purchase Rockies Suites, Party Facilities, Groups, Power Tickets or other special offer tickets. However, if you are still interested in seeing available packages, view our Suites information page.
Q: Can I use my Silver Sluggers vouchers to purchase Rockies Gift Cards?
A: Gift Cards are available for purchase here; however, your Silver Sluggers vouchers cannot be used to purchase Rockies Gift Cards.
Q: Can my Silver Sluggers vouchers be used for postseason?
A: No, your vouchers cannot be used for postseason.
Q: If I don't use all of it, will my Silver Sluggers Vouchers roll over to next season?
A: No. All of your Silver Sluggers benefits must be used during the season for which the package was purchased; vouchers will not roll over to the following season. However, the Rockies guarantee that if any of the games in your Ticket Plan are cancelled or have restricted capacity due to COVID that inhibits the use of your specific seats, you have our assurance that the value of the impacted games will be credited to your Rockies account for future games.
Q: How do I view my available vouchers?
A: You can view your account vouchers in your My Rockies Account under "My Events".
Q: Can I get printed tickets?
A: The Silver Sluggers program is a mobile-only ticketing option with tickets available through the MLB Ballpark app and your My Rockies Account. For more information about mobile ticketing, visit our Mobile Ticket page.
