PowerTickets

Add concession value to your game ticket with PowerTickets and save $2 per ticket! Power is available in $10, $15, $20, or $25 increments.

This value is included in the barcode on your ticket and allows you to redeem added value at almost all permanent food and beverage stands in the ballpark. Group Picnic Areas

The Colorado Rockies offer 4 unique pregame picnic areas to accommodate an array of group outings at Coors Field. Leave the planning up to us as these areas include a catering package (subject to change) along with discounted ticket options for your group to choose from. The pregame picnic areas are available for groups of 20 to 750 and with special accommodations, we can entertain groups as large as 2,000.

Scoreboard Messages

  • Groups of 20 or more are eligible for a complimentary scoreboard message that will be displayed during the game. Please contact your Rockies representative to submit your scoreboard message.
  • All scoreboard messages are due four business days before the game by 5pm MT. Otherwise, display of your message cannot be guaranteed.
  • Messages may have up to 40 characters, including spaces and punctuation.
  • Messages may not be of an advertising nature (e.g. Call ABC Co. at 303-123-4567) or contain hashtags or emojis. Messages may not involve the other team and must be family friendly. The Colorado Rockies reserve the right to refuse to display any message.
  • All messages are preceded by “ROCKIES WELCOME”.
  • Scoreboard message will run the duration of the 3rd and 6th inning in the peak of the Main Scoreboard, located behind the Pavilion seating area in left centerfield.

Frequently Asked Questions

A: Share the excitement of Colorado Rockies Baseball with a group of friends, family, coworkers, or classmates at the ballpark. When ordering through the Group Sales Department, groups of 20 or more will receive seating together (subject to availability), scoreboard recognition and 2 (or 4) complimentary tickets to a future Rockies game for the group leader. Special group pricing is available for most home games.

The bigger the group, the bigger the rewards! Groups of 300 or more can qualify for a pregame on-field ceremony and groups of 500 or more can qualify for an opportunity to watch batting practice on the field for the group leader and a guest.

Fundraising opportunities are available for most home games with larger discounts available for designated Standard Fundraiser dates.

A: 20 tickets

A: Guests are encouraged to come early and watch batting practice, infield workouts and pregame ceremonies. Gates A (Rockpile entrance) and E will open two hours prior to game time for guests who want to view batting practice. Guests will be required to stay in the Left Field Pavilion area until the remaining ballpark gates open. Gates B, C and D will open 1½ hours prior to game time. Gate opening times may vary if game is rescheduled.

A: The Coors Field parking lot is located at Park Avenue West and Wazee Street, in Denver's historic Lower Downtown. Whether you choose to drive, take RTD, bike or walk, planning ahead can help make your visit to the ballpark more enjoyable.

Single game parking passes are available in a Colorado Rockies operated lot for $20-$25 in Lot A and $18-$23 in Lot B (credit cards ONLY). Parking pass prices are subject to change. Passes may be purchased at the Coors Field Ticket Office, Colorado Rockies Dugout stores, online at ROCKIES.com/parking or by calling 303-ROCKIES (762-5437). Bus parking is $40 per vehicle. (Service charges may apply, prices are subject to change).

A: Light Rail is a fast and efficient means of transportation to Coors Field. There are three Light Rail stations convenient to the ballpark; the most convenient stop is Union Station via the C Line. Light Rail runs daily. For specific route and fare information, access the Light Rail section of the RTD website found at rtd-denver.com or call (303) 299-6000.

A: There are four picnic areas at Coors Field available for pregame parties.

The COORS OUTFIELD PICNIC AREA, an outdoor area located adjacent to Gate A, is a great place for groups of 50 to 2,000 to gather and socialize prior to game time for great food and fun.

The PLATTE RIVER PICNIC AREA is located inside the ballpark under cover of the Rockpile seating area and is equipped with picnic tables and chairs to accommodate groups of 20 to 250.

The JACK DANIEL'S Pre-Game Patio is located on the upper level of The Rooftop and accommodates groups of 80 to 300.

The CLUB LEVEL PARTY PACK is a private buffet on the Club Level for groups of 100 to 300.

Reservations in these areas include a full buffet with non-alcoholic beverages and special game ticket discounts. For more information, please call 303-ROCKIES (762-5437). All four areas are accessible to guests with disabilities.

A: Only single-pocket, medical bags, and diaper bags that are no larger than 16”x16”x8” can be brought into the ballpark and all permitted bags will be subject to search. Backpacks and other multi-pocket bags, including multi-pocket purses, are NOT permitted.

A: Children two and under who are sitting on the lap of an adult do not need a game ticket. Children who have reached their third birthday must have a valid game ticket to gain entrance to the ballpark and are permitted seating access only in their ticketed location.

A: Final payment is due 30 days before your game date. Once final payment is received, you will be able to manage your digital tickets through the MLB Ballpark app and My Rockies Account, or you can opt to have tickets printed and mailed (delivery in 5-10 business days) for additional fees.

A: Unused group tickets (tickets not scanned at the gate) may be exchanged for designated games ($3 fee per ticket) during the regular season. All tickets must be exchanged no later than 3 days prior to the desired game date. If PowerTickets, please note that “loaded credit” will not be included on reissued tickets. Unused group tickets may NOT be exchanged at the ticket windows. Tickets cannot be re-exchanged. Please return the form below and your unused tickets to your Rockies representative.

Group Policies

Lost or Stolen Group Ticket Policy

To avoid lost or stolen tickets, we highly recommend managing and distributing your tickets digitally through the MLB Ballpark app or My Rockies Account. Lost, forgotten or stolen group tickets may be replaced; however, the following guidelines apply:

  • The exact seat location of the lost or stolen tickets must be known. For that reason, it is important to keep an accurate record of ticket holders and their locations.
  • Lost or forgotten tickets will be replaced for a non-refundable $2 per ticket processing fee.
  • Stolen tickets will be replaced at no charge with a police report listing exact game date and seat location. If a police report is not provided, the lost ticket policy will be in effect.

Group Ticket Rainout Policy

If a game is cancelled due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, the following policy will apply (subject to change):

  • Tickets will be valid for the rescheduled game. If a group is unable to attend the rescheduled game, tickets may be exchanged for another game during the regular season, subject to price and availability. The tickets must be exchanged prior to the start of the rescheduled game.
  • Exchanges must be done as a group. For additional information, the group leader must contact their Rockies Representative or (303) ROCKIES (762-5437).
  • There will be no refunds in the event of a rainout.

Group Ticket Return Policy

You may return up to 25% of any purchased group tickets (must retain a minimum of 20 tickets). To return digital tickets, you must email your Rockies Representative with the section, row, and seat numbers of the tickets that you would like to return at least 10 days prior to the game date. Printed tickets must be returned to our office by mail (2001 Blake Street, Denver, CO 80205) at least 10 days prior to the game date. Excludes Rockpile and Casamigos Sky Deck tickets.

Restriction on Commercial Use of Rockies Ticket by Purchasers

Group tickets may not be used for advertising, promotion (including contests, sweepstakes or giveaways), trade or other commercial purposes without the express written consent of the Colorado Rockies. This applies to both printed and digital tickets. Further, no person or entity can use the Colorado Rockies' name, logos, trademarks, copyrights or any other intellectual property without our express written permission.
