Request Guidelines
Thank you for your interest in the Colorado Rockies Baseball Club. Please review the following information to find out how to contact us regarding our various programs.
Autograph Sunday
Prior to the first Sunday home game of every month, select players and/or coaches will be available for autographs at the bottom of 116-120, starting at approximately 11:40 a.m to 12 noon. Disabled guests utilize a designated area behind home plate.
Autographs
Guests are permitted to seek autographs from players along the railing between sections 116-121 and 142-146 up to 40 minutes prior to game time, or until the end of batting practice, whichever comes first.
Please be considerate by not inconveniencing Guests seated in these areas. Guests with disabilities are permitted to seek autographs and watch batting practice in the front row of the left field pavilion.
Autographs for Charity Fundraisers
If you are interested in obtaining an authentic signature from Ryan McMahon, Charlie Blackmon, or Kris Bryant, we invite you to join in their efforts to raise money for charity.
To participate in The Autographs for Charity Fundraiser, you will need to send an item you would like to have signed, a Self-Addressed Stamped Envelope/Printed USPS label (for packages) and a check or money order for $25 (per autograph) made payable to the Colorado Rockies Foundation. Return packages MUST have a shipping label, stamps on packages will not be accepted. Cash and credit cards are also not accepted.
The Foundation supports programs focusing on youth baseball and softball, education and literacy, and drug and alcohol abuse awareness.

Request fulfillment time may vary. Please allow a minimum of 8 weeks. Factors such as the off-season, mail volume and player schedules may have influence on the amount of time it takes to receive items back.

* Please note the Colorado Rockies Baseball Club will fulfill requests in its sole discretion. You assume all risk for your items and personalized inscriptions are not guaranteed. There is a 3-item maximum per participating player. The Colorado Rockies players and organization are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Community Ticket Program
Tickets are available for requests from non-profit organizations and are based on availability. Donated tickets are not available far enough in advance to be used for incentives, auction items, or for drawings. To request our guidelines please send a request letter on your non-profit's letter-head to:

Front Office Requests
This program is designed to promote questions, suggestions and public participation in support of Rockies baseball. Individuals who serve on the Speakers Bureau include front office staff as well as ownership. Many staff members participate annually in the Dr. Seuss' Read Across America Day by reading to local elementary school children.

Player Fan Mail
Outside of the Autographs for Charity program, the Colorado Rockies are unable to obtain autographs for fan mail. You are welcome to send mail directly to the player you are interested in, to:
