Unable to Find Your Card

We are unable to find your ID card(s). This could happen for several reasons, please read below for further details.

Troubleshooting Steps

Your card(s) may rely upon a linked ticket account. In order to make sure all of your ticket account(s) are properly linked, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to your "Profile" by tapping on the icon in the top left corner of the "Home" tab.
  2. Tap on "My Ticket Accounts."
  3. Check that your intended ticket account is listed there. If not, your card may be under a different MLB account email.

To link another account, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to your "Profile" by tapping on the icon in the top left corner of the "Home" tab.
  2. Tap on "My MLB Account Emails."
  3. Under the "Your Other Emails" section, tap "Add Another Email."
  4. Type in the email address associated with the account you'd like to link.
  5. Tap "Send" to send a Verification Email to that address.
  6. Open up your email app, and you should have an email from MLB.com with the subject "Verify your email address."
  7. Tap on the "Verify Email" button within the body of the email. This will redirect you back into the Ballpark app, and display a successfully linked account.
  8. Navigate back into the Ballpark app and to the loyalty card to make sure you can properly view it.

Not Enrolled in Program

You may not be able to see a card(s) if you do not have a current membership in the applicable program(s).
