Amanda Nguyen

Amanda Nguyen joined the Jackie Robinson Training Complex in 2020 as Senior Manager of Operations. In this role, she collaborates closely with the Vice President to oversee the facility’s daily operations. Amanda leads critical functions such as housekeeping, food services, ground maintenance, engineering, IT, hotel operations, facility operations and security, ensuring seamless day-to-day functionality of the Complex.

A native of Richland, Mo., Amanda holds a bachelor’s degree in Sports Management and a master’s in Business Administration from Southwest Baptist University. She began her career in sports in Bradenton, Fla., as Coordinator of Business Operations and Community Relations with the Bradenton Marauders, where she developed expertise in operational management and community engagement.

Amanda further advanced her career with the Springfield Greene County Park Board in Springfield, Mo., where she managed operations for several prominent facilities over seven years. Her leadership supported venues such as the Killian Sports Complex, Springfield Skate Park, Chesterfield Family Center and Cooper Tennis Complex.

At the Jackie Robinson Training Complex, Amanda takes pride in supporting the organization’s mission while fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration and innovation.
