HOLIDAY FLEX TICKET VOUCHERS
Purchase Reds Holiday Flex Vouchers and let your favorite Reds fan choose which games they want to see in 2025. Vouchers are available for most seating areas throughout the ballpark, including premium seating options.
SHIPPING NOTE
Last day to order and guarantee arrival by Christmas is December 11, 2024.
WILL CALL PICKUP
From December 11-19, you may select “Will Call Pickup” as an option and pick up printed vouchers at the Reds administrative building lobby (corner of Second Street and Joe Nuxhall Way) from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday-Friday.
*Excludes Opening Day (March 27, 2025), August 2 and Postseason games. Subject to availability. Credits expire September 25, 2025. Upcharge may apply for select games.
HOLIDAY FLEX TICKET VOUCHER REDEMPTION
Please follow the instructions below to redeem your Holiday Flex Ticket Vouchers.
- Log in using your Reds.com/MLB.com email address & password. If you don’t have an account, click the “Create Account” button.
- Click the "2025 Holiday Flex Vouchers" link located directly below the “Enter voucher code” box.
- a. If there are no vouchers in your inventory, use the “Enter voucher code” box to manually add the vouchers (one at a time) to your account.
NOTE: Case sensitive. Must include dash "-".

- Go Through My Tickets Voucher Tab or From Landing Page
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen, click the red “Voucher Actions” button and select “Redeem”.
- Check the boxes of the vouchers you wish to redeem. Then click "Continue". – located at the bottom of the page.
- Select the game you wish to attend and click into your desired section from the map.
- Select your seats, click continue, and proceed through the checkout process.
