New Reds gift cards are the perfect option if you're shopping for a Reds fan! Gift cards can be redeemed for Reds tickets or on concessions and merchandise at the ballpark.

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING: Overnight delivery orders are only available through the Reds box office. Please contact the box office at (513) 765-7400, option 3, to place an overnight order.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING: For delivery by Christmas via standard mail, please submit orders online or by phone on or before December 9. For overnight deliveries by Christmas, please submit orders by phone on or before December 18. After these dates, an e-gift will be the best option.

Terms and Conditions

Purchase, use or acceptance of this gift card constitutes acceptance of these conditions.
This Gift Card expires on the later of (A) two (2) years from the date of purchase and (B) ) two (2) years from the date this Gift Card was last re-loaded with value.
This card may be used only for purchasing tickets at Reds.com, at any open Great American Ball Park ticket window or by calling 877-647-REDS or for other purchases at participating concessions and retail locations at Great American Ball Park.
There is a $4.50 per order charge for purchases made online or over the telephone. A $20 shipping charge will be applied to orders specified for Fed Ex delivery.
If the amount of your gift card does NOT cover the total purchase amount, you will need to pay for the remainder of the purchase with a valid form of payment.
You may combine up to five (5) gift cards as payment for a single online order.
If the amount of your gift card is for MORE than the total order amount, the balance amount will be stored on your gift card account for future use.
Gift cards are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash, except under certain circumstances provided by law in some states including but not limited to CA, CO, ME, MA, MT, RI, VT, WA, OK and OR.
Please safeguard the card as it cannot be replaced or replenished if lost, stolen or used without authorization.
The card may be reloaded at Great American Ball Park.
Items paid for with a gift card will be subject to applicable sales tax.
Gift cards may not be resold by unauthorized vendors.
The cash value of a gift card is 1/10 of one cent.
The face value of a gift card is in US dollars.
Gift cards are void where prohibited.
THE CINCINNATI REDS LLC AND THE OTHER MLB ENTITIES (AS DEFINED IN THE REDS.COM TERMS OF USE) MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO GIFT CARDS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT THAT A GIFT CARD IS NONFUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT CARD. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY PARTY BE ENTITLED TO PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU AND YOU ALSO MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.
In the event of any conflict, the terms and conditions set forth at www.reds.com/giftcard at the time of use will control.
Any and all disputes, claims or causes of action (each a "Claim") arising out of or relating to the gift cards shall be: (1) resolved by final and binding arbitration in Cincinnati, Ohio, before a single arbitrator appointed by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its then governing Commercial Arbitration Rules and Procedures and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof; and (2) arbitrated on an individual basis only, and shall not be consolidated or joined with or in any arbitration or other proceeding involving a Claim of any other party.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio applicable to contracts entered into and performed exclusively in Ohio.
