Fantasy Camp Terms

Autopay:

I agree to pay to the Cincinnati Reds Hall of Fame and Museum the amount stated on the invoice plus the handling fee for 2023 Reds Fantasy Camp. For purposes of this agreement, “Purchase Price” means the invoice amount for 2023 Reds Fantasy Camp plus the handling fee. I authorize the Cincinnati Reds Hall of Fame and Museum to automatically charge my credit card account for the Purchase Price. This authorization will have the same effect as if I had personally signed a check to the Cincinnati Reds Hall of Fame for each installment of the Purchase Price. I acknowledge and confirm that the information provided to the Cincinnati Reds Hall of Fame is true, correct, and complete in all respects. I further acknowledge and agree that it is solely my responsibility to update the credit card information used to pay for 2023 Reds Fantasy Camp. I understand that I may notify the Cincinnati Reds Hall of Fame and Museum by written request (sent by either (1) first class mail to the Cincinnati Reds Hall of Fame and Museum, 100 Joe Nuxhall Way, Cincinnati, OH 45202 Attn: Reds Fantasy Camp, or (2) [email protected]) at any time to terminate this authorization. If I terminate this authorization or a credit card charge is denied by the credit card issuer, the entire unpaid balance of the Purchase Price must be paid in full within ten (10) business days of the date of notification. Finally, I acknowledge and agree that the Cincinnati Reds Hall of Fame and Museum reserves the right to charge this account for amounts due under the invoice plus the handling fee for 2023 Reds Fantasy Camp and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the purchase offer without requiring the customer’s signed authorization for each such transaction.

Cancellation policy:

Any cancellation made prior to September 1, 2022 will receive a refund of any payments made for 2023 Reds Fantasy Camp, less 25% of the total Purchase Price and all handling fees.

No refunds are given after September 1, 2022.

All cancellation requests should be made by written request (sent by either (1) first class mail to the Cincinnati Reds Hall of Fame and Museum, 100 Joe Nuxhall Way, Cincinnati, OH 45202 Attn: Reds Fantasy Camp, or (2) [email protected]).
