Group Ticket Policies
It is understood and agreed that these policies and procedures (the "Policies") are governed by and are subject to the Terms and Conditions ("Terms") available at www.raysbaseball.com/disclaimer. Please note that the Terms have been updated to address circumstances related to COVID-19. By purchasing a ticket, you accept all of the Terms applicable to ticket purchase and usage, including the updated Terms. In the event of any conflict between the Policies and the Terms, it is agreed that the Terms shall control.
FOOD & BEVERAGE POLICY
Outside food or beverage is not permitted, with the exception of one sealed, personal-sized bottle of water. Exceptions can be made for food specifically needed for medical reasons or childcare. All permissible food items must be wrapped, bagged or contained within a soft-sided container that shall not exceed 16" x 16" x 8". Sealed plastic water bottles no larger than one liter and children's single-serving juice boxes are permitted. Items not allowed are cans, thermoses, ice chests, glass containers or any other non-collapsible container or object deemed hazardous.
GROUP TICKET AVAILABILITY
A limited number of discounted group tickets may be available for each game. All ticket prices for each game are subject to change at the Rays' discretion. Call your Groups Sales Account Executive at (727) 825-3406 to check availability and pricing for your game.
PAYMENT & TICKET OPTIONS
Group tickets require a 50% deposit to reserve seating with the final payment and headcount due two (2) weeks before your game date.
Group tickets are encouraged to be managed digitally via the MLB Ballpark App. There are no refunds or exchanges for tickets once they have been purchased.
Group tickets can be purchased by: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Cashier's Checks. NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED.
Children two (2) years of age and older require a game ticket to enter Tropicana Field and must have their own seat. Children who have not reached their second birthday do not require a ticket if they sit on the lap of an adult.
ADDITIONAL TICKETS
We understand that you may need to purchase additional tickets as your game date approaches. You may add unlimited additional orders of ten (10) or more tickets at the group rate. You may add less than ten (10) tickets at the group rate one (1) time. Additional tickets at the group rate are subject to availability. In order to receive additional tickets at a group discount, tickets must be ordered by calling your Group Sales Account Executive at least 48 hours before your respective game. All tickets purchased on day of game are subject to box office listed prices.
LOST/STOLEN TICKETS
Group tickets that are lost, stolen or destroyed may be replaced with new tickets. A police report is required to reprint tickets that are stolen, and written documentation must be provided for tickets deemed lost or destroyed. Any lost, stolen or destroyed tickets will be charged a $5 per ticket fee for replacement. Please do not leave your tickets unsecured.
RESALE OF TICKETS
The Rays in their sole and absolute discretion may cancel a group ticket purchase at any time upon refunding the purchase price of the ticket. By way of example only, without limiting in any way the Rays' discretionary right under all circumstances, if it appears to the Rays, in their sole and absolute discretion, that an individual or entity has purchased group tickets primarily for resale purposes and not for their own personal or group use in attending games at Tropicana Field, the Rays shall have the right to cancel any group ticket purchase at any time by refunding the purchase price of unused tickets. The Rays in their sole and absolute discretion may revoke any group ticket purchase at any time upon misconduct by the group leader, without refund. This license is granted on a game-to-game basis, and is subject to all rules, regulations and policies relating to tickets as established from time to time by the Rays, the Stadium and Major League Baseball.
Group Ticket Sales Disclaimer
The group purchaser acknowledges and agrees that the scheduled date and/or time is subject to change and, in the event of a change, ticket purchasers will not be entitled to a refund. If the designated game is not played for any reason, and/or is halted (except if the game is suspended) before five (5) innings have been played (unless the game constitutes an official game under the rules of Major League Baseball) and is not rescheduled and played at Tropicana Field, ticket purchasers shall have the right to exchange the ticket for a ticket of comparable value (as determined by the Tampa Bay Rays in their reasonable discretion) to an upcoming Rays' home game (subject to availability as determined by tickets previously sold). Admission tickets may not be resold or utilized in any promotion, contest, sweepstakes, giveaway or other such activity. Any purported sale or other usage in violation of these provisions shall be null and void. Ticket purchasers will be subject to and will abide by the terms and conditions upon which admission tickets to the Rays' games at Tropicana Field are issued and such other rules and regulations as the Rays may establish from time to time.
