Fan Cutout FAQ
Q. How many Rays Fan Cutouts can I purchase?
A. There is a limit of 10 cutouts per transaction. If you purchase more than one cutout, the Rays can not guarantee they will be placed next to one another in the stadium. Each cutout is subject to a convenience fee during checkout.
Q. How do I upload my photo?
A. You will upload your photo directly in the purchase form.
Q. Are there any restrictions to the photo I upload?

Q. Can two people be in one photo?
Only one person is allowed per photo/cutout please. See our Photo Submission Guide for tips on submitting the best photo.
Q. Can my pet be in the photo?
Yes! You can upload a photo of you holding your pet (in front of your chest) or a photo of your pet alone. If it’s of your pet alone, it’s best for them to be in a vertical position.
Q. How will I know if the photo I upload is accepted?
A. You will be contacted if your photo doesn't meet submission guidelines. See our Photo Submission Guide for tips on submitting the best photo.
Q. I uploaded the wrong photo, can I upload a new one?
A. New photos can only be uploaded if your cutout hasn’t been sent to the printer. No guarantees, but we’ll try our best to accommodate your request.
Q. When will my cutout be in the stands?
A. Cutouts will be installed in waves, depending on when your photo is uploaded.
Q. Can I have my cutout after the season?
Yes! At the conclusion of the 2020 season, fans will be able to take home their cutout(s) (in game-used condition). Details about pick up from Tropicana Field will be communicated after the 2020 season. Cutouts cannot be mailed.
Q. What if the season gets cancelled?
A. All payments made to purchase Rays Fan Cutouts are final and in no event shall such payments be refunded for any reason, including but not limited to the delay, suspension or early termination of the 2020 MLB season. In the event no MLB regular season games are played in 2020, all payments made to purchase Rays Fan Cutouts shall become nonrefundable credits which may be used towards the purchase of Tampa Bay Rays regular season game tickets during the 2021 MLB season.
