• Gates open 90 minutes before first pitch for all Rays games. All gates are wheelchair accessible.
• Steinbrenner Field is cash-free. Credit and debit cards are accepted for all concessions, merchandise and parking purchases.
• Please be aware that fireworks may occur in your area as part of the event celebrations. Expect potential noise and light displays, and take necessary precautions for those sensitive to loud sounds.
• All tickets to Rays games at Steinbrenner field are mobile-only. Mobile tickets are accessed on the MLB Ballpark app. Screenshots and paper tickets, including print-at-home and PDF versions, are not available or accepted. To access your tickets, download the app.

• Returning to Steinbrenner Field: Evolv’s advanced weapons detection technology, Evolv Express®, is designed to move fans through security checkpoints at a natural pace during peak event times for a positive entry experience. See more
• The Tampa Bay Rays have a new clear bag policy. All bags entering the stadium must be clear and no larger than 12x6x12. Small clutches/wallets/fanny packs no larger than 5x7 are allowed as well.
