2018 Season Ticket Holder FAQ's

Season Ticket Holder Services Area:
Located near the First Base Ticket Office with an entrance on the Main Concourse between Sections 42 and 44, this exclusive area allows season ticket holders to exchange tickets, purchase discounted individual game tickets and Rangers Captain Cash, or drop off tickets for other guests at Will Call in a climate-controlled facility. Dedicated staff is on hand to provide the best season ticket holder service in baseball.
Parking:
As a 20 game plan holder, you may print your parking at home through your My Rangers Ticket account or access the parking via the MLB.com Ballpark app. When entering the parking lots your parking pass must be scanned. Please make sure that you present the parking pass that corresponds with the game being played that day. If you cannot attend a game, your parking pass is exchangeable. To find the advanced and unused season parking exchange policies please visit texasrangers.com/handbook. Like your season tickets, parking passes can be printed, forwarded, and sold on StubHub through your My Rangers Tickets Account.
Season Ticket Holder ID Cards:
Your Season Ticket Holder ID Card will be available through the MLB.com Ballpark app. As a reminder, your season ticket holder ID card is good for a 10% discount on individual ticket purchases, a 15% merchandise discount at Globe Life Park, and a 20% Rangers Captain Cash discount. Rangers Captain Cash may be purchased at the Season Ticket Holder Services area and redeemed for food and beverage at Globe Life Park. When presented with your tickets, your season ticket holder ID cards will also grant you access to Globe Life Park through the private season ticket holder entrances located at the Toyota Home Plate Gate and Southwest Airlines First and Third Base Gates.
First Base Box Office (Will Call):
The main ticket office is located at the Southwest Airlines First Base Gate. The designated Will Call Only windows are reserved for customers who would like to drop off tickets for someone in their party during the regular season. Fans picking up tickets left for them at Will Call may utilize the Will Call Only windows at the First Base Box Office. Fans who purchased tickets on texasrangers.com or by calling 972-RANGERS will utilize Will Call On Demand (see below).
Will Call On Demand:
Fans who received a confirmation number when purchasing their tickets online at texasrangers.com, or by speaking with a Rangers representative at 972-RANGERS, may pick up their will call tickets at any open ticket window. To pick up tickets at any box office, fans will need to bring the confirmation number, or the credit card used at the time of purchase, and a valid photo ID.
My Rangers Tickets & the Ballpark App:
My Rangers Tickets is a single location to manage your tickets and parking online, view all of the tickets and parking in your Rangers account, and take advantage of the latest ticket management features. Through My Rangers Tickets account holders can forward and exchange tickets and parking, post tickets and parking for sale on StubHub, and donate tickets to the Vet Tix program. To log on to My Rangers Tickets, visit texasrangers.com/mytickets and access your account with your MLB.com login. You can also access your tickets and parking on your mobile device by using the MLB.com Ballpark app and selecting "Tickets." Mobile access in MLB.com's Ballpark app allows you to do the following:
- Present the electronic ticket image to gain entry into Globe Life Park
- Present the electronic parking image to gain entry into the specified parking lots
- Browse all of your ticket/parking inventory and forward tickets/parking to others
- Recall tickets/parking that have been forwarded
Jack Daniel's Club (An exclusive area for season ticket holders):
Season ticket holders will have access to this area from the time gates open through the end of the game. The Jack Daniel's Club features a climate-controlled environment with access to multiple bar areas, opportunities to purchase a buffet, and a great view of the field from the balcony.
