2006
DaVanon, the team's fourth outfielder for much of the season, hit .290 with five home runs and 35 RBIs in 221 at-bats. His season ended early after he underwent ankle surgery on Sept. 6 to repair a split ligament in his left ankle, which he injured while sliding into second base in early August. He underwent a separate surgery on his right shoulder to remove a small cyst.
2005
Limited to 10 starts from Aug. 1 - end of season...Made 44 starts before ASB and hit .250 (41/164) before break - .180 (11/61) after ASB...Batted .393 (11/28) vs. LHP - .208 (41/197) vs. RHP...6 of 14 RBI on season gave Angels lead (5 GW RBI)...Tallied 39 walks in just 94 games with an AB...HR July 8 vs. Seattle was just fifth of career right-handed (23 LH HRs)...Suffered fractured nose attempting to catch fly ball (ball caromed off wall), June 8 at Atlanta, but did not go on DL.
2004
Began 10th professional season and 5th full season in Angels' organization...Became fourth player in club history (5th time) to hit for the cycle, Aug. 25 vs. Kansas City, first Angel since Dave Winfield (6-24-91 at KC)...One of six to accomplish the feat in 2004 and 15th switch-hitter in ML history...Also tied career-best with four RBI (4th time) in the contest...Hit .298 (50/168) before the All-Star break and .248 (29/117) after...Hit .390 in August (16/41)...Activated from 15-day DL, Aug. 10 (lower back spasms)...Posted career-high 18 stolen bases and four triples...Tallied 18 infield hits...All seven HRs came as left-handed batter...Had career-best 10-game hit streak, May 23 - June 5...Hit safely in 51 of his 71 starts...Was on tail end of three consecutive HRs in third inning, May 24 at Toronto (Guerrero, Guillen) - 7th time in club history there has been back-to-back-to-back HRs...Was also involved last time Angels' connected for three home runs in an inning (June 3, 2003 in Puerto Rico - DaVanon, Salmon, Glaus - 1st inn.)...Made made starts at all three outfield positions...2004 Post-Season...Started all three games of ALDS vs. Boston as left fielder in his ML post-season debut...Went 2-for-4 in Game 2 and hit .200 (2/10) with one run scored in the series.

Made 83 starts with Anaheim in 2003 (made a total of 37 starts with Angels from 1999-2002)...Posted career-best numbers in all offensive categories, batting .282 (93/330) with 56 runs, 16 doubles, one triple, 12 home runs, 43 RBI and 17 stolen bases in 123 games...Was Angels' top pinch-hitter batting .375 (6/16) with six RBI...His 17 stolen bases trailed only Adam Kennedy on club (22)...Began season at triple-A Salt Lake, hitting .300 (18/60) with two home runs and 14 RBI in 16 games for Stingers before recall April 22nd for remainder of season...With Anaheim, batted .344 (54/157) with 10 home runs and 28 RBI before All-Star Break...Eight of his 12 HRs came in June...10 of 12 HRs came batting left-handed...One of four Angels with double-digit HRs at the break...Posted third consecutive multiple home run game, June 4 at Montreal (in San Juan, PR)...Became fourth player in ML history to accomplish feat, joining Lee May (Cincinnati, May 24, 25 & 28, 1969), Frank Thomas (New York Mets, Aug. 1-3, 1962) and Gus Zernial (Philadelphia A's, May 13, 15 & 16, 1951)...Owned just nine career ML HR before the feat...Also homered from both sides of plate in two straight games joining Ken Caminiti (San Diego, 1995) and Eddie Murray (Baltimore, 1987) as only ML players to do so...Was one of just five players in ML to homer from each side of the plate in the same game in 2003...Six home runs in three games tied AL record (one shy of ML record), joining Tony Lazzeri (1936 New York Yankees), Gus Zernial (1951 Philadelphia Athletics), Manny Ramirez (1998 Indians) and Alex Rodriguez (2002 Rangers)...Posted two home runs, June 3 at Montreal and June 1 at Tampa Bay, becoming third Angel to post multiple HRs in consecutive games (Leon Wagner in 1963 & Joe Rudi in 1977)...Set career high in hits (4) and equaled personal best in RBI (4, second time), June 1 at Tampa Bay...Connected for first HR of season, April 27 vs. Boston, a solo home run off Pedro Martinez, the first HR he allowed on the season...Struggled in second half batting .225 (39/173) with two home runs and 15 RBI...Two-run pinch-hit single in 7th inning of Game 1, Sept. 6 vs. Kansas City proved to be game-winner...Batted .333 (27/81) with RISP...Started in leadoff spot nine times, hitting safely in all nine of those starts (.444, 16/36, 8 R, 3 HR, 8 RBI)...Owned two season-best six-game hit streaks.

Began eighth professional season on Anaheim's Opening Day roster...Marked first Opening Day Major League assignment of career...Appeared in 16 games with Angels, batting .167 (5/30) with three runs scored, three doubles, one home run, four RBI and one stolen base...Collected first career pinch-hit home run (3-run off Chad Poronto) and career-best four RBI, April 30 at Cleveland...Made 10 appearances (four starts) in outfield, posting 1.000 fielding percentage (13 total chances)...Optioned to Triple-A Salt Lake, May 1...Batted .330 (33/100) with 21 runs scored, 10 doubles, one triple, five home runs, 18 RBI and five stolen bases in 25 games with Stingers...Hit safely in first eight games played, May 3-10...Also hit in seven contests in a row, May 12-20...Scored a run in 10 straight contests, May 4-13...Homered in three straight games, May 8-10 at Colorado Springs...Hit .304 at home. .364 on road, .192 right-handed, .378 left-handed and .390 with runners on base...Placed on disabled list, May 25-Aug. 29, due to stiffness lower back...Made rehabilitation appearance at rookie Mesa, batting .667 (10/15) in five games.

1999
In 1999, contract purchased by Anaheim, Sept. 7, posting .200 average (4/20) with four runs scored, one triple, one home run and four RBI in seven games...Made major league debut, Sept. 7 vs. Chicago, appearing as right fielder in eighth inning...Walked in only plate appearance and scored a run...Made first Major League start, Sept. 11 at Minnesota (in right field), going 0-for-3 (1 BB, 3 SO, 1 CS)...Collected first major league RBI (on groundout), Sept. 16 at Kansas City...Drove in two runs with triple, Oct. 2 vs. Texas, for first multi-RBI game...Registered first Major League hit (single to center off Esteban Loaiza) and first Major League home run (leadoff off Mike Morgan, 9th inning), Oct. 1 vs. Texas...Home run (on 1-0 count) was game-winner (7-6).
